  • Hello. As I can see hier in jswqzs.com platform that onlywin casino has not published and I can't complain on this casino 

    I need some help.  Since one week I have four unfinished bets from live casino games evolution and pragmatic providers 

    The onlywin casino don't want pay my winning which was excepted they delayed my winning and every day I received the same message from live chat customer service that we are waiting for response from gaming providers. The evolution gaming provider has already confirmed that we have passed all results to your casino customer support service and you should contact the customer service of casino when I contact my casino customer service they are saying we have not received yet the answer.  I am really confused and don't khow where is my winning.  I am asking from jswqzs.com complain team helping me please about this case

    Yes I received my deposit but I deposit today 2k which has the same issue buy its not issue on casino its one payment provider which is using regular sepa which is taking from 2-3 dayes to be processed, and the unfinished bets is still not resolved

    I have really big issue with on this casino, after depositing more than 150k on this casino, today on Monday they have closed my account with 60k in my my account balance, I aksed the reason, they are saying we need certain documents about your funds and salary, I told them my account is fully verified I have also withdrawal few times without any problems and now asking me that type of documents which is not allowed to share with third party, I am gambling since 6 years no casino has asking me this type of documents, when you open account in casino the terms and conditions of verification is that you send them the ID documents, bank cards and proof of address, I send them all this documents from first day of reopening my account which was accepted, and now I asked them , I want to withdrawal my money from my account and not playing on this casino anymore, but they refused my request and trying to scaam me in any way ,

    So please help me about this issue Lcb.org, remainder that my another issue which took more than twoo weeks I still not resolved

    This issues is important more than any others they asking source of Payment which I have never seen befor that other casino has asking me this type of documents,  I want to withdrawal my winning,  my account is fully verified I have withdrawal few times without any issue and they saw that in my account is big amount and I have changed my mind and withdrawal all my money they have closed my account,  according the terms and conditions my account is fully verified for withdrawal and deposit,  I respect the terms and conditions of gambling but some casino they don't care about this terms and conditions,  this casino has curaçao license which is full of issues if I didn't received my money I wil take action against the curaçao license

    The provider requested to make the checks of deposited funds by the client and complete full KYC verification. In addition to the documents confirming the identity, the provider asked to provide the document which confirms the origin of funds the client deposited from 01.10.2024 to 28.10.2024 (Source of wealth).

    At the moment, the client has not provided us with any document certifying the origin of the entire amount of deposits. We are still waiting for the documents from the player covering the abovementioned dates. The provider, on its part, has started checking the origin of these funds, and we, as a casino, are waiting for the result of this check.
