Your first complaint was about "absurd wagering" at BetterDice and you haven't even checked the casino T&C's regarding bonus wagering requirements.
Then you complained about KYC procedure at the casino and we've contacted the casino again.

Now you're complaining about their cashout times and you haven't even checked their cashout times as per T&C's. Yes, we do agree that these cashout times are long, but they are clearly stated on the casino site under Withdrawal Policy in their T&C's:

Therefore, Neteller withdrawal at this casino can take up to 7 business days. We've also sent an email to the casino and asked them to speed up this withdrawal.
We've been trying to help you with all these issues you had with Betterdice in the last few days, however, your behaviour towards us is not acceptable.
