We've checked Betterdice Casino Terms and Conditions and this is what we found under Wagering Requirements:

"If you are eligible for a Bonus (for example, sign up bonus or deposit bonus) the bonus wagering requirements will apply before you will be able to make any withdrawals.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms and conditions or the bonus terms and conditions, all bonuses will have a minimum wagering requirement of x40. This means that the bonus + deposit must be staked 40 times before any potential winnings are available for withdrawal."

Do you have a copy of that email where you received the 200% bonus? Does it say anything about the bonus T&C's?

This was written to the player several times. I asked the customer support manager, seems like this player already wagered his bonus and deposit and his now on his withdrawal request which is approved now."

It's just not right, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it,I have come to the very sad realisation that I will never see my £8000 winnings. They asked for your to provide us with a printed bank statement, the 2nd document that you gave.

I had 3 Month an open Withdraw and they had Veri my Acc in 3 Days and withdraw at 1 Day 1450€...

Thats the Reason why i dont had search for any Complaints my Acc was veri and they had withdraw all.

I read the reviews, they assured me they were genuine, took about 3 weeks to receive money but when I did thought all was well, then they pull this stunt about not paying out. It's only because if was such a large amount of money!!! The nolimit city games were not blocked for Uk players, and I don't tend to read all the 20 pages of t's and c's before I play, they paid out after I played on no Limit city so their reasons are just bull shit.

Theres nothing we can do about it, they have blocked access for Uk players now..

Your first complaint was about "absurd wagering" at BetterDice and you haven't even checked the casino T&C's regarding bonus wagering requirements.

Then you complained about KYC procedure at the casino and we've contacted the casino again.

After that, you complained about their withdrawal methods and we've sent an email to the casino to check what options  As we already mentioned before, it's important that you check what deposit and withdrawal methods the casino has prior to making any deposits.

Now you're complaining about their cashout times and you haven't even checked their cashout times as per T&C's. Yes, we do agree that these cashout times are long, but they are clearly stated on the casino site under Withdrawal Policy in their T&C's:
