    Hi, I wanted to ask how this was resolved. I have a similar problem where I managed to win $950 out of the original $17. However, in my case, 90 hours have passed and I am also getting the round and round replies of the style that they will take a look at it and I should wait. Thank you.

    Of course. I tried to withdraw my winnings, but it still says 'pending'. I've tried contacting support 4 times, but I always get a response like 'we've forwarded the information to the team', or 'you have to wait, sometimes it takes up to 24h', then 'it can take up to a few days', but it's been 4 days and still nothing.
