So basically you've had your deposits taken. These crooks are doin the same with alot ov people I've been waiting near 10 months to try get my deposits back from this no licence illegal company I'm afraid they won't respond and I tried my bank and they did nothing for me
They scam players and delete or ban there accounts

Soo i have in the past a froud claim whith barklays banck on a red lion sites and i get my money back 900£ i think betswagger.com they blocking visa deposits so what you can do is master card deposit on visa terms is easy to get you money back in one week i get my money back whith barklays gest i sad i didn't authorised the payments and i get my money back .
But im a bit scared about betswagger.com and madter card term when is about froud claim is taking longer ...very long soo i don't know on monese customer service are puting to many questions i will uptade here what happens
Can you tel me how you open the case what tou tel them ?

I used direct debit and betswagger haven't even done or replied to me and I've been waiting 10months because I have asked for all deposits back that I made to this compmay as there illegal and there a no licence compmay allowed to trade with the UK or accept any deposits from us
How did you pay did you use direct debit to make your payments??

We haven't heard from the players about the outcome of their complaints. The casino doesn't reply to our emails so if players don't update their posts here we can't know if the cases have been resolved or not.

This is to Helpmeimme,
Just wondered if you have had any luck with your case or if its still ongoing? I also have an ongoing case with these people and I believe we may even have the same solicitor.
As far as I know, I believe I'm the only person that has ever managed to get any kind of winnings back from these fraudsters, however they still owe me a huge amount which I am currently pursuing.
Details of what happened to me can be found on Trustpilot where I go into detail and how badly I have been treated by these people.
Also, some advice from anyone looking to raise a chargeback with your bank. My advice is don't, and I'll explain why.
If you have been lucky enough to actually win with Betswagger and withdrawn any winnings back to your bank account, this can backfire on you regarding a chargeback if the winnings you withdrew are actually more than all deposits you have made to the casino.
I attempted a chargeback with my bank and after convincing them that they should indeed do it, I decided not to as according to them,
"As the casino is unlicensed then all winnings will be taken into consideration as being illegal gameplay, and therefore should a chargeback be successful then I would not only forefit the chargeback amount, but any winnings withdrawn would also have to be paid back".
Basically, my deposits with Betswagger amounted to £20k, but I was able to withdraw around £37k in winnings. Therefore, had I done a chargeback with my bank and it was successful, they told me, I may wake up one day to find my bank account minus £17k as all withdraws would have been considered illegal and I would have to pay that back.
The best part was, "as we have never had to do a chargeback of this magnitude, we can't actually tell you who would would be the beneficiary of the money if you would have to pay it back"!?!?!
They literally would not tell me who would get this money, whether it would go back to the casino or in the pockets of the bank.
Therefore, unless your deposits are more than any withdrawls you have made then I would suggest a chargeback. You would be allowed the difference between the two amounts. Otherwise I would seriously consider taking this through the legal route as this really is your only option sadly.
If anyone else is in the same boat, then feel free to hit me up. I'm currently in contact with another guy who is being represented by my solicitor, so if anyone has any questions on how to pursue their case if they feel they have one or just need someone to talk to then I'm here.
Believe me, you are not alone. I first won my winnings on the 8th December 2020 and here we are in 2022 still chasing these clowns. The amount of stress, anxiety and depression i have suffered over the past 2 years due to this has been agonising. What should have been a simple transaction of winnings has turned into a complete nightmare and totally unjustified.

Can you only claim back deposits through a solicitor as the bank wouldn't change back all my deposits any help would be much appreciated

*Update*
We took Betswagger to Court and we won. After a year of them refusing to allow us to withdraw our funds, on 30-05-2022 a Judge ruled that Cyberluck & Usoftgaming were jointly liable and ordered them to pay us our balance, which they eventually did in full.
The judge also ruled that the terms and conditions they use on the Betswagger website are null and void, so you as a player can demand your money back based on the results of our case. Because the T&Cs aren't sent to players and aren't downloadable, they simply do not hold water.
Details of my case can be found on the website rechtspraak.nl and the case number is ECLI:NL:OGEAC:2022:180. Just pop that in the search bar and the case file should come up.
I would encourage anyone who has been scammed by Betswagger/Usoftgaming or has had their funds withheld or accused of fraud to contact the lawyer I used.
His name is Roelof Bijkerk and his law firm is LMS Advocaaten.You can contact him via his website, he will tell you if you have a case or not
There is also a foundation that acts on behalf on duped players of online gambling that Mr Bijkerk works alongside with and that foundation is called SBGOK.
Companies like Betswagger and Cyberluck know exactly what they are doing is wrong. They have no shame and they don't care who they hurt.
They also don't ever count on customers taking legal action because they are unaware that they can.
Hopefully the information I have provided above will offer relief to some of you out there who have been stung by these fraudsters.
Stay away from this casino and anything to do with this brand, it's not worth the hassle. -

I would also encourage you as a platform to get in touch with Betswagger/Usoftgaming and notify them that you are aware of our case result and encourage them to settle with any customer that has made a complaint via you, unless they would like further court appeances based on the knowledge I have shared.
