Back Swedish Game Studio Gaming Corps Enters U.S. Market

Gaming Corps, a prominent Swedish game development studio, has officially launched its games in the United States through a strategic distribution partnership with EQL Games, a leading provider of the online lottery sector. This agreement will bring Gaming Corps' complete catalog to EQL Games’ iLottery Aggregation Platform, offering innovative game content to lottery operators across the country.

Diverse Game Portfolio Offered via EQL’s Aggregator Platform

Under this distribution agreement, EQL Games will incorporate Gaming Corps’ extensive selection of games, including popular Slots, Table Games, and Plinko titles, as well as unique offerings from its trademarked Smash4Cash™ series. This integration will enable EQL Games’ network of lottery operators to provide new and engaging content to their users, a move aligned with the rising demand in the U.S. online lottery market for fresh and diverse gaming experiences. Known for its innovative take on non-traditional gaming content, Gaming Corps has built a strong player base in global markets, with Smash4Cash™ games particularly resonating with players.

EQL Games’ iLottery Aggregation Platform is designed to simplify the process of introducing new game content for lottery operators by consolidating access to multiple game providers. Through a single integration and commercial agreement, operators can quickly offer a wide variety of both third-party and in-house games to players across regulated states. In addition to external titles, EQL Games also boasts a selection of original games, including titles licensed from Team USA. These games, introduced by several state lotteries in connection with the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris, are set to expand with new releases leading up to the 2026 Winter Games in Milan and the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.

For Gaming Corps, the U.S. market represents a highly promising frontier. CEO Juha Kauppinen emphasized the significance of this expansion: "The USA has always been somewhat of the holy grail for game developers like us, which has been further emphasised as markets in several states have become regulated. The potential in the American market is enormous, and the impact for us is a bit difficult to assess, but we have great hopes for the collaboration with EQL Games, which has an impressive platform towards U.S. lotteries."

Kauppinen also expressed optimism about the collaboration’s impact on Gaming Corps' financial performance, attributing the anticipated revenue boost to this expansion.

Gaming Corps has gained recognition for its ability to develop innovative gaming formats, with a focus on building unique, engaging games that stand out from traditional lottery content. By teaming up with EQL Games, Gaming Corps gains access to an established network of lottery operators in the U.S., allowing the company to reach a broader audience without the complexities of securing individual distribution agreements with state lotteries.

EQL Games' Vision for Enhanced Lottery Experiences

Brad Cummings, CEO of EQL Games, voiced his excitement about adding Gaming Corps to their roster of game suppliers, stating: "Including Gaming Corps as a supplier to the EQL Games iLottery Aggregator is an exciting step forward in our mission to offer unique, high-quality content to state lotteries. Gaming Corps' expertise in iGaming, along with their unique game portfolio, fits perfectly with our vision of enhancing the lottery experience through dynamic and engaging content."

By expanding its content offering, EQL Games aims to enrich the U.S. lottery market and keep pace with evolving player preferences.

This partnership aligns with EQL’s ongoing commitment to delivering diversified and high-quality content to lottery operators, facilitating a smoother content integration process and enhancing the player experience with a broad array of innovative games.
