I tried all those casinos for a free chip and came up empty handed.

All they would offer me was a deposit bonus. 

I must say though, Live chat was very nice.  When they turned me down, they were very nice about it.

if you got the code at anywhere connected iwth grand bay they will turn you down some people may have got lucky at all 5 casinos but i was told like some other sister casinos it is only good at one.

I think in order for the codes to work you would have had to download from the link that was posted in an earlier post Something like " All grand prive have changed to bet on soft" or something like that. Did you download from those links?

I am so frustrated I could pull my hair out!  I was under the impression Villa Fortuna was part of Grand Prive (they use same support) but was mistaken.  I love their games and planned on starting to deposit again.  I made my first deposit at Villa and was promised a bounty of daily promos.  Nope, not one valid promo.  Got a few emails but they would not honor them.
Spent an hour talking to Marvin today.  He asked if I ever received a promo from 'their umbrella of casinos". Yes, from Villa.  But.... I deposited at Villa which doesn't count as 'their blanket of casinos' for todays free spins at Grand Bay. 

I am so angry at the games they are playing.  Being lied to, deceived, not honoring email promotions, etc. 

They will take your money but not give you promos.  They say you can transfer your funds back and forth but be damn sure you know which ones work. 

Not ONE code worked for me after my deposit.  Grrrr.

Not sure, but I redeemed alot of codes and today still pushing it.  I saw BET125 and it worked at Big Dollar , even after I used BIG125 before.  I deposited at Lucky Creek the other day, but LUCKY25 didn't work.  At Mandarin I tried DREAMX10 on Wed didn't work, then tried later it did.

ok two things it is nvilla100 not vnilla100 it did not work so i went to chat. she said did you get an emial with this and i will confess i said yes (oops)what me I lied yep ok so she says send us the email I said oops i deleted it (oh no an other lie Lord forgive me) and she said well you are on the list and she gave it to me. All the casinos in this group said I was not eligible for the bonus. I received a disc from Grand Bay today and called them and told them about not being eligible for the 100 free. It took about 20 minutes on the phone, but they made the account eligible and then the code worked.

Try registering with a different email account.  That worked for me.
