The option for download or instant play is a joke. You might as well just go ahead and download right away because you’ll need to do so eventually. I tried to contact customer support while I was signing up and it was as if they were nonexistent. There was no one able to help me for a good couple of days and I was then told that I needed to download the software. It just got worse and worse from there. Don’t waste your time on this site.

Not only are they disappointing for the obvious reasons in which lcb has put up, but they have issues across the board. First off, I had trouble signing up. The option for download or instant play is a joke. You might as well just go ahead and download right away because you’ll need to do so eventually. I tried to contact customer support while I was signing up and it was as if they were nonexistent. There was no one able to help me for a good couple of days and I was then told that I needed to download the software. It just got worse and worse from there. Don’t waste your time on this site.
