Of course the free chip didnt' work for me either...I am so tired of that , I am a faithful, loyal depositor at 3 casinos, and I don't EVER get an email with a free chip in it or open my account and find a free chip, not even an appreciation chip! Its really starting to get to me, I see alot of other people who get emails all the time and they laugh and laugh because they never deposit but yet they get emails with free chips in them or the codes always work for them...I think maybe I got the wrong casino here, I read alot on this forum and I watch for what casinos offer, even though I personally won't use a bonus code anymore, I would rather put my own money in and take my chances than have to make a playthru then they attach a max withdrawl to it so none of them are worth it to me but I just would like ONCE to be apprecaited for my loyalty, half the time when I email the casinos I deposit at just to ask a simple question they don't ever reply back.

Remember you can only claim a free chip at one casino or the other....but NOT both.

Good point mam....free chips for existing players are far and in between. Once in awhile if we are lucky we will receive a appreciation chip for depositing players. That's why i like to play at casinos that give you cash back.

Receiving a percentage back on losses is a nice incentive for players. I do play at a couple of casinos where i am a regular that offer cash back.

I play there all the time too. I'm curious...does Neil the VIP mgr. leave "gifts" (formally Faith) to you? If we are not technically getting "cash back" i do receive weekly cash gifts providing i played that week.

The amount i receive in my account depends on the amount of cash i played. Strange they only offer cash back as a "Welcome package". When in reality the cash put in my account adds up to about the same as cash back.

I am a depositing member and could NOT  redeem TWISTER.  Live chat said it was for new players only.  I told them about the responses that other LCB members received and after I whined for awhile  I got a $10 free chip.  The live chat lasted longer than the $10 but I appreciated it anyway!  Good luck everyone!

Well folks Playfair has done it again....Yes the Twister coupon did not work for me. But they gave me 10 dollars to play. I lost it but thats okay. Because they are so great and helpful and because I have never had any problems depositing with them or getting any answer I needed from them I went and deposited 20 bucks. This was late friday night/early Saturday morning. I played the games I loved to play worked the 20 buck up to 600 and cashed out. Had my money in hand this afternoon. These people are great their response time on their cashout is almost like a dream. I would refer anyone to them. Even when you don't win the experience is fantastic.
