Yes, many times but that was when quicktender and ewallets were around for U.S. players.  Now, it is basically impossible as most casinos have minimum amount that you can cashout and you can only cashout between 5 and 10X the amount of the ND bonus which is usually less than the minimum amount needed to make a withdrawal. 

im waiting for Free spin casino payment, i had to deposit 20 dollars to cashout 120 in total, 20 plus 100 of the bonus winnings,  they sent me email saying payout has been processed by neteller, but 6 hours passed and i still dont have the money. I hope i get paid. The chat guy said to me i have to wait 24 hours more... isnt supposed to be instant method neteller to cashout when its already processed? i smell a big scam!

Club Gold paid me 70 euros to neteller, it appeared 83.32 dollars where is supposed to be 86 dollars, but whatever... i sent email to neteller to ask what happened with 3 dollars lol.

Now after I met WR I have 165€.

I will keep you updated. So far, I have recieved a reciept for my ticket submitted for withdrawel...   lol It may be a while.
