So overall a year ago was still interesting to play here, live chat was always a guy from India, He gave me a super bonus and was always nice to talk to, pleasant atmosphere of the play, because at least someone tries.. now i cant say so... I had not played for some time in this place, it was decided that the time of login. asked bonus - I was convinced that i will get 200%, which always got a bonus after a long break, but passed .... very uncooperative live chat, very unprofessional and very unkind. half an hour I waiting answer-how and what will give me a manager, it turns slightly above 100%... Shortly after that, I was asked to explain to me why can not I get some more? and then she said to me that other gamers so and so on such and such ... I was Shocked ... immediately after this chat I wrote a email with a request to Close my accounts on this group because it is not normal.. in e-mail I wrote the whole situation of bonuses, that im old regular.. and can not get any freebie. back got a nice letter from the manager who always gave me a good bonus, very apologizes and each attaches great casino bonus of 200% -555%, now I see that all the expressed attitudes of those who manage your account, not to say that luck is still is with me, but at least happier knows that bonuses are still available and treatment is individual! by the end i think i will be not long memberhere,once i requested payout i lose everything i leave in my account...so maybe really its just not my lucky place..but when i reverse-happened the same.. no one bonus game nothing and on 1$ bet 500 was gone in about 15 mins.. :(
