From looking other places, most of the aforementioned codes are supposed to have been preceeded by different prior deposits during a specific time period.  So, though you have been able to use the codes, you have not met the requirements for using them and most likely will be unable to cashout.
schnickLATBIBO, did you perhaps use two or more free chips in a row without a deposit in between?  There are a lot of little sub-rules with playing the tourneys and I doubt any of us know and understand every one of them.  That's how they get away with taking your money or locking your account-not knowing and following all their rules.
