the system saves and keeps all information about player's activity during all period since his registration at Luck3, so if support says that you were inactive for one year - it's true. Maybe you used an other login details?

There isn't a coupon code for the tourney.  When you find the tourney, you click on the checkmark on the far right for the tourney.  That will register you and then you can go play.

Okay, I have a (likely stupid) question about the freeroll tourneys.  So, you have 5 entries.  Do you quit and rebuy when you have what you think is a high balance, or do you take it down to $1 (or whatever it is) and your previous high balance is registered?  Thanks!

Your rank is almost always visible at the bottom left of the page & it will update after every spin u make so unless u r in 1st place & sittin' pretty u may as well try to double what u got. As 4 the 5 or so entries....that's most likely due 2 5 different casinos that r having the same tourney & if u r registered @ all 5 then u can enter the same tourney numerous X's this way. Unless it is written in the terms & conditions that doing so will rule u 2 be disqualified.
