I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to get this and cannot.  Every time i put the code in and hit confirm nothing happens except all of a sudden i lose the server and cant connect....anyone else having this problem?

which i had claimed it/confirmed it, but then it never asked if i wanted to activate it, and it is no where to be found in my account, i even sent a message to support, and tried to claim it again, same message, don't know what else to do, good luck to you, hope you can figure it out

The casino seems very slow loading and the coupon they even sent me says no.  It says it was paid, yet not seeing it in my balance.  I wonder if they want you to deposit first?
