    Perhaps when you get back to the office you could inquire into the issue of me being unable to deposit with my cc on the weekend.
    I tried a few times, bounced immediately. The 3rd attempt I went to chat and was told my cc acompany declined the payment, than it was suggested I use another deposit method. When this happens, not just here I have to say it really annoys the heck out of me. It seems to me that the first thing a rep should do is ask a few qualifying questions rather than just ask me to use another method. I have made a choice to use my preferred payment method for a reason.

    I asked the rep to stay on chat, called cc company, confirmed no transaction had been attempted on my card at all that day. I attempted again with everyone together, same result,
    I have used this cc at GF so it was registered there, in fact is in my drop down box.
    I was advised this issue was sent to finance and someone would get ahold of me. It is Friday and I have not heard a word.
    I did make successful deposit immediately on another site so the card is not the issue.
    Wondering what is happening,

    The mystery50 code has never worked for me at either Raging Bull or Grand Fortune, despite the fact that I have deposited many times at both. There are many other codes that don't work/didn't work for me as well, I.e. 50spins, glam777, 50bulls, voodoo13, take20, take50 just to name a few. It is beyond frustrating because my girlfriend has no problem at all redeeming each code as they come out, and every single week it eats at me watching her redeem mystery50 while I still cannot, She has deposited one single time, while I have deposited many! I stopped depositing at these sites out of frustration over this. I have gone to live chat many times, and they keep telling me they are going to forward this problem to the appropriate department, and they always assure me that they will get back to me within 24 hours. Over 15 times I have been told that, and not once has it ever happened.

    I really had liked both of these sites, and would very much like to continue depositing and playing at them, but nobody seems to give a **** about me as a customer. Sorry for this being a bit ranty, but I am so damn frustrated.

    @ Dory - My apologies for this, I have got Dean looking into this for you. Hopefully he will get back to you before close of business today with a valid reason. As for the support guys, they have limited access to the depositing information. Having said that, they need to get into contact with Dean or a senior member, so that they can investigate and revert back with the relevant info.

    @ Sjdoughboy - A lot of the times we cancel coupons due to promotional abuse i.e. glam777. Sometimes coupons are linked to specific forums whicg also result in issues when players try claiming them. 99$ of the times, if players encounter problems claiming coupons it's due to the coupon being exclusive etc.

    As for mystery50, that coupon expired on 31 May 2015 thus it's no longer valid.

    I too struggle with do I have enough to cover  sticky bonuses and the fee!  I often have plenty then notice I am a few dollars short and lose it all trying to get those few dollars back.  But it's all good practice for when you have it all perfect and things go smoothly and you get all happy because you made it!  It is hard work sometimes to get the playthrough done and I prefer to use cash and then the no deposit bonuses in between while waiting on funds to arrive and leave again. 

    Anyway, Dean or Jason are pretty good at unconfusing things so good you asked.  I hope in the next couple of days those tourneys start returning the profit we played them for!  Good luck and when they get the bitcoins going, if it's in your account it is probably in your wallet in less than 15 minutes.  I hope.

    Oh, and I haven't heard anything about reversing withdrawal requests in a year or so, anywhere.  Do they still let you do that and count it as cash..I don't know, but I somehow doubt it.  I think it's more like, yeah, reverse it and watch it disappear - you know, money in the bank is money in the bank and not money you say, oh, heck.  dang it.  shoot!
