Just talked to support and the chip was issued immediately without any hassles! I spoke to Samantha and she was fabulous! So nice to have a CS that is friendly. She told me that this Microgaming casino has only been online for a few days and that when the Microgaming casinos leave the US that they will not be one of them! Listen, I don't know if this makes a difference to anyone, but, I was reading on another forum where people are having trouble getting paid when they win from this casino. I haven't won anything yet but do find that on several occasions I have tried to make a deposit with my cc and the system always has an error. I contacted live support and I get the same answer everytime. "We are working on it" This has been going on for the past 3 weeks. If you are having trouble making a deposit, what happens when you try to make a withdrawal. Just a thought you may want to ponder.

I spoke with their c/s for quite some time before I decided if I wanted to deposit.  First, they they do not have many withdrawal options, and personally I prefer Quick Tender..usually 24-48 hour turn-around.  They said they do not offer it as of yet, but are working on it.  It sounded to me they had a lot of things they needed work on.  The customer service was extremely nice, but terms and conditions kind of high.  If quick turn-around withdrawals are what you are looking for, this is something you should be checking out before you enter the casino. :-\

This casino has the greatest promos, and outstanding customer service.

But I cannot get anything going with them.  I made two deposits the other night, 110. each, got a 40% bonus. and 70 free spins on three different games, which didn't add up to much, but it was fun, and the 40% was nice.

But I still could not win ANYTHING..this is not like me at all.  I can usually win anywhere.  Plus, their video poker..stinks.  I figured I could make some money there.
You can only double up twice, then they say you have reached maximum limit..it was like playing ping pong.  I like to win BIG or lose BIG...not play ping pong all night.

Other than that...they really are the nicest casino I have ever dealt with.
