I was not going to post this, but because this is the 2nd time I had something like this happen, I decided to. I do like the Casino, excellent deposit bonuses, and have had some good sized wins, so I have to say it is good Casino mostly, except for live chat sometimes, I would have cashed out right then and there if I knew the max cashout for a free tournament was $100, I was told to email the finance team, what the heck is that, they are live chat, and they should know about this, other MG Casinos are very on the ball and know this, at this time I was playing I was on a great winning streak and thought or was lead to believe I may be able to cash out no max cash out, well anyways, I played it all out, going for a big win. I then contacted live chat AM and they said, $100 is max cash out. 2nd times this happened, I dont trust live chat, I have to contact them 3 times at different times to make sure I have the right answer. Get on the Ball Go Wild, I told them this, Not professional here, other MG Casinos are on the ball all the time.

a lot of ado about nothing special...if you like playing microgaming and also want a payout, i'd recommend a microgamingcasino in the fortunelounge.
viel lärm um nichts besonderes...wer gern microgaming spielt und auch mal ne auszahlung anstrebt dem würd ich eher ein microgamingcasino der fortunelounge empfehlen.
