    I contacted another Trada rep who then contacted the rep that deals with the shop items and it transpired my messages were going into the rep's spam bin!    He sent profuse apologies for the delay to all those waiting.  Those that have been granted are marked as granted and Trada has been returned to the shop. 

    This is their very last chance and the rep has put a spreadsheet in place which will be much better all round.  Fingers crossed!

    Emu Casino returned to the shop as I now have a code for September.

    27th  September  2018  i did  spend  7 euro of my LCB chips  at the LCB  shop  buying  a 30 Euro free-chip at Slotland Casino.

    To this moment  more than 2 days later  no sign of any free chip has shown up  on my balance or anywhere else in my account.  

    Could you sort this out for me please?

  • Emu removed once again due to no code, lack of response, no results etc etc.  Sorry to those of you waiting.  This may be their last chance!

  • Members who have claimed Emu - I'm going to refund the cost to you.  Emu are now permanently removed and will not be returning to the shop.  If they come back with results and a code, I'll send them over to you for free.  The wait has been unacceptable and you've all been very patient, for which I thank you.

    They haven't been credited yet.  They denied the request saying you had them already.  I've queried the denial because I can see that you have not had them already in October.  Waiting to hear back.

  • You should contacted Blueday or other admin if you have question regarding your purchase, asking the casino live chat agent won't help your case since they are not aware of this, only the casino representative at LCB is.
