I haven't had any negative experiences with this casino. They could have a bigger game selection and they could process withdrawals a little faster but so can almost everybody else. They just don't appeal to me as much as they could for whatever reason it is, I'm honestly not sure.

Emailed me twice to fill out a customer survey, so I did. Nothing in return - no spins, no chips, nothing. The theme of the survey was pretty much "why don't you play here anymore?" Because other casinos, when they ask for something, give something in return. If VC knew that they wouldn't need a survey.

Little laggy and game glitched some times. Some times couldn't see cause of phones site. Had to switch to desktop site with my phones view and back to mobile site view options on my phone in order to see all of some slot games. Games free spin low pay out. Older games for those not to fun.
