I realised after I posted that the weekend would mean another few days to wait but that is ok. I know it is coming sometime lol

Lovely, thank you so much for the information, really helped me on how lcb. Org works when redeeming from the shop. I've so far claimed and received 2 chips from the shop. I was hesitant at first, didntt know if it would work lol. But yep, sure enough when I checked my casino acc within the time frame of 48hrs. Walaahh my free chip was there. Even though I didn't win lol. At least I know it actually worked. So thanks a bunch lcb. Org. I've recommended to friends to check ur site out and sign up. I also call you the "online police for gambling" lol hahahaha cmu. That was actually how I come across this site. Casino moons tried to not pay my winnings. After I contacted this site. It was found out that casino moons was in fact in the wrong and had to pay me out which they did. But then they locked me out of my acc and sent me an email saying I could no longer play in their casino. I thought that was weird.super dodgy on their part. But all in all. This site is a big help when dealing with dodgy casinos. Not to mention the rewards u get JUST for commenting, rating, and being active on here. BIG Thumbs rightttt up all the way from NZ.

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking. You can make a purchase in the Shop any time you want. 

Requests are sent out to casinos once a day, and yours was sent to Drake earlier today . So, I'm still waiting to hear from their casino representative.

I didn't word my question correctly, I'm sorry. The last time I ordered from LCB, and it got sent to the casino, I was ineligible because I had claimed that same prize too soon within the window they allowed. But you said you already sent it, and awaiting thier reply, so thank you!

Yes, I see that you claimed their chip. Not sure what you've got, but you were not credited our chip... because I haven't even sent it yet. 

Highway requests will be sent out on Monday. (They only accept our requests on working days.)

but also, please note since this is your first Highway claim, you will be eligible only if you've never received a NDB before. So, if you redeemed a free chip or spins already you might not be eligible for our item. 

Anyway, before i can approve any cash request, I first need a conformation from the casino. Let's wait until I hear back from the casino representative.

I do not communicate with their support, and it's obvious that their support didn't even know about our shop, which is often the case. 

That's not how our Shop works. So, you thought that anyone can just contact casino support ,ask for our chip, then inform me about that, and I would just approve a cash request?

I don't know why you did this, but if I get a negative response fromt the casino you won't be eligible.

No, unfortunately I still havent got any info from the casino.  But in my previous message I explained the terms,  always allow 48h not iincluding weekends for your request to be processed.

Now you are saying they don't respond to your request and now you cannot verify my eligibility.

I was clear and transparent to the support agent that I wanted to claim the LCB chip, they credited 40 dollars and I told them it should have beem 15 dollars as per the shop purcase and this was corrected and even though you said this is not how the shop item works, I said ok I apologise.

Now my LTC cash purchase is pending for 4 days and you saying that highway casino isn't responding, sorry I find this very sad.

Anyways can you refund my shop purchase in that case.

It was never your job to contact their support and ask to be credited. And asking for a bonus that matches our offer is.... questionable to say the least.  You were impatient, and you wanted to get the chip and qualify for the cash item as soon as possible. (which is quite clear from your posts here)

The fact is that you were rewarded a bonus before I even sent the request to the casino. Just because you apologized doesn't change the fact that you made a mess of this whole process, which is already complicated, and requires order. 

As I explained already, I don't send requests to their support but to their casino representative. I don't know how good commnunication between their departmants is. 

And the fact they do not respond to my emails is another issue that I will deal with separately. You are not the only one who requested their items from the Shop and awaits results. 

I can cancel your cash request, but I can't cancel your Highway claim just yet. 

Ok cancel the cash request and I will purchase another chip to fulfill the condition for the cash payout.
