I was confused as I had rated quite a few games the past few days but as per the screenshots you can see the ratings games credits do not increase but I appreciate all the help and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I see, this is one of the things that is being worked on. Please note that you do receive chips for game rating (you will notice an increase in your total chip balance) but separate earnings for game rating are not shown. Our tech team is on it, once the feature is up and working we will let you know.

Please check your dashboard, the issue has been resolved. You will be able to see your LCB chip earnings for game rating separately, please note the general rules for earning LCB Chips still apply. 

"rating slots and games = 10 cents
  Each of our free games have star rating, give yours and earn chips.

6. Maximum number of ratings allowed per 24 hours is equivalent to 50 cents. This includes casino, bingo, sports, poker, free games and land based casino reviews. Members are allowed to rate only sites and places they actually played at. Members cannot rate sites that do not allow their country to play."

I have not been very active this month but you can see my position is still number 1 for the month, this is not correct and this hasn't changed since the beginning of February.

You can also see that the member that's in 2nd place was last seen over a month ago and in no way can be in second place.

Please assist.

Thanks for providing additional information, from our side list looks different (both on desktop and mobile). 

Can you please try clearing cache and cookies from your browser and check again.

The system, unfortunately, does not work as before. At the moment only 2 games or the casino is evaluated within 24 hours. In this month's table, I have a rating of 14 casinos, although I have not rated any. My dashboard won't open at all.

First you need to purchase an item from the Shop. 

If there's a code you will get it once casino confirms you are eligible for a chip or spins, but most of the time these Shop bonuses are rewarded directly by casinos. 

So, all you need to do is go to our Shop, purchase an item you want. According to the rule 18 of the Shop Terms and Conditions, always allow 48h (not including weekends) for your request to be processed. Requests are sent out to casinos once a day. 

Be sure to check your casino account regularly for a shop bonus you purchased, but if a casino denies your request I will inform you about it.

@Kinggod93, as Markotik advised in the previous post, weekend days are excluded, please allow 48 hours (business days only) for your purchase to get processed.

It was already Saturday where I am. :) Your request has just been sent to the casino. 

But FYI, requests are collected during the 24-hour period and are sent out to casinos once a day. If you purchase an item after that "cut-off time", your request will be sent the following day.

No, that's not okay. Opening multiple accounts on lcb is not allowed. Rule 12 of the Shop T&C: 12. No multiple accounts allowed. Shop claims will be allowed only to one person per household and IP address and you can only purchase shop items for yourself.

And the same goes for purchasing Shop items - Your purchase will be denied without sending if you use multiple usernames / emails. This is not accepted and if it is for someone else, that is not accepted either. You cannot purchase items for anyone other than for yourself..

Are these credited once per day during the week?

if you are referring to shop purchases, please note that it takes 48 hours (weekends excluded) for the purchase to get processed.

The Shop is geo-targeted,  so you will see chips available for your location.

The price is written below every single offer so if you have enough chips you can buy any item you want. 

The terms will pop up when you click on an item you want. You will be credited / denied depending on whether you meet the requirements or not.
