It all depends on when you purchase it.  It would "generally" take 24 hours however, weekends don't count as "waiting time" and no cash items are processed on a Friday or Saturday night.

I've just private messaged you with the info you needed. As for chips you could claim (with no deposit required), Winaday, Slotland, Aussieplay, El Royale, Slots Empire, Red Dog, Casino Max, Roaring 21, Cherry Jackpot, Spinfinity, LSbet are all the ones you could claim.  Winaday and Slotland - first is always free no matter what but the rest of them, you cannot take a free chip/free spins when you sign up or it will be denied.  Hope that helps.

Just a reminder to everyone  - you must still spend $5 on casino chips in between each and every cash claim.

14. In order to apply for cash items all members must have approved and credited free chips claims in between the real money claims ( cash , bitcoin, money vouchers etc ) for the amount no less than $5. Those members that have a high ratio of cash claims ( $500 or more per year) will have to do free chips claims worth at least $10 ( combined ) in between ( each ) real money item claim.
All these free chips claims must be approved and credited, ie members must be eligible to receive it, in order for subsequent cash claims to be granted. The year begins in January and ends in December. Once a new year starts in January, cash claim totals are re-set to nil. (You must still have approved and credited free chips claims in between real money claims).
This rule is to be applied to contest winnings too, all in accordance with rule 13.

I have some doubts after reading the regulations, for example the earnings per day of 50 c are like quality comments right? for example on the forum how many comments can be made per day and be paid? is there a limit? is there any criteria? if possible i would like to be answered these questions

This is the rule:

3. Minimum character requirement for a forum post is 50, however quotes and spaces between words and lines don't count toward character requirement.

2. We will monitor for the quality of posts and comments made. Any duplicate, spammy, abusive or in any other way inappropriate content will be sanctioned and will not count toward chip earning. Also any content stolen and copy/pasted from other websites will be sanctioned and members in violation will be excluded from the Shop.

6. Maximum number of ratings allowed per 24 hours is equivalent to 50 cents. This includes casino, bingo, sports, poker, free games and land based casino reviews. Members are allowed to rate only sites and places they actually played at. Members cannot rate sites that do not allow their country to play.

And the one made on the 6th of February is in processing. The standard timeframe for the purchase to get processed is 48 hours (not including weekends). I earn 37$ LCB chips and never use it before. Yesteday i try claim it for free cash, and some admin say "I have calculated that you earned $2 in your first 3 months of membership. This means you can only spend this $2 on casino chips and nothing else"

You have to spend $2 on casino ships first, then you'll be able to spend the rest on cash items.

It is required to have approved and credited casino chips before you can claim cash items (for the amount no less than $5). Please check the initial post of the thread, especially rule 14 and 8.

Blackjax please check the initial post of the thread for the rules required for claiming real money items from the shop (Amazon voucher is considered as a cash item too). If you meet the rules your LCB Shop purchase will be approved and credited. 

When claiming Amazon voucher, please include the email address you have registered with Amazon, and also please state your preferred currency.

I am confused because I am trying to build up shop bucks for slotland bonus(I'm on a bad run). Today it cut me off after earning a buck n change. When other days I have built up $5 or more in a day. What defines the amount allowed to earn and why is there such a large variance in what is allowed from one day to another? The slotland casinos have been eating me alive last month or two so I was just rating casinos I have played at some point  (as I have played at pretty much every u.s. facing site) in hopes to finally have a little luck at slotland with your awesome shop bonus. I can show old emails that prove I have been registered for some time and played at any casino i rated. If that is the issue. I know it might seem as if I couldn't have played at them all. Sadly that's not the case. Now I am running out of casinos I have played at . In the last couple days I have rated several I didn't get shop credit for which kinda hurts my attempt to reach the $7 needed for slotland bonus.

Please have in mind that maximum number of ratings allowed per 24 hours is equivalent to 50 cents. You have earned 50cents yesterday and the day before for rating casinos (maximum allowed).

There has been a couple of changes in the Shop terms and conditions that I'd like to inform you about.

The first one is an addition to the Rule 8  and it says: "All new members who are inactive during the first three months of their membership at LCB, first must have approved and credited at least one free chips claim before they are eligible for cash."

And the second update - this is a new, Rule 15. It says: "15. In order to be eligible for real money claims, all members need to contribute on the site (posting on the forum, writing reviews on your favourite casinos, slots, current news items etc) in accordance with Shop Terms and and Conditions and forum posting rules"

These updates are tightly related to the core idea of the Shop, which is to reward loyal and contributing members, but also to encourage new members to join in and actually participate.

Once again I'd like to say thanks to LCB and specifically your 'shop' option, more proof of LCB being a First Class Crew. I read thru rules on page 1 and additions found on this page then tried to see if there were any other additions but found none. Not certain I checked every page but feel confident in making my first purchase in shop immediately after I post this, since most additions or clarifications seem to b about cash purchases. If I'm wrong please tell me where to find rules I haven't read. And again thanks for doing it how u do allowing me to do wat I'm about to do. Hope u feel at the very least appreciated, cuz u r.
