I doubt it very much - he is/was slow to respond and he said that there was no benefit in it for the casino.  I can certainly ask though.

why do you impose conditions to exchange the cash money of the account against vouchers in the shop, it is money
won and it's really not ok to apply such a condition!

The reason it was imposed was because of the lack of "conditions" which meant we had spamming, chip hunters and people who were just here for the cash/not really interested in gambling. 

LCB didn't want that so the condition was imposed by Senior Admin to stop the spamming etc and it's a fair and reasonable expectation plus, it did do what it was hoped it would do i.e. stop the spamming/chip hunting.

The shop is a bonus for all - it's something extra because you are a member of LCB - a reward for contributing/taking part/being a valued member. 

Sorry you feel this way but it's not going to change....

Shop is an extra perk for our members. It is not mandatory to participate as well as its not mandatory for us to offer anything extra. But we do in order to reward our members and their contributions to the site.

Unfortunately where there is something to give ( especially money and free chips ) , there is also a lot of fraud. Our rules are set in place to protect LCB against such users, but also protect  casinos that are our Shop partners, and also protect LCB users against disloyal members who would abuse it.

If you dislike the shop and rewards system then you can exclude yourself from it. Let us know and we can suspend LCB chip earnings from your account.

Bottom line is most of time you cant get something for nothing. ( even though you can technically get something for nothing from our shop, having in mind there are casino items you can claim without deposit, and then cash from our shop )

IS there maybe (in the near future) an option for cashitems for Ecopayz internetwallet ???

Sadly no, we dont really use EcoPayz anymore due to different country restrictions and inability to use their debit cards anymore.

Hi could I suggest Etherium being added to shop , it would be awesome as its faster than bitcoin to transfer requiring fewer confirmations on the block-chain and its fees are near to zero with most fees only costing anything between 0.02c to 0.07c compared to bitcoins transaction fees these days , also about 95% of the casinos accepting bitcoin as a deposit method these days have also included and added Etherium due to bitcoins high transaction fee

Thank you for the feedback. We're doing our best to add as many new shop items as possible. Last month we have added 6 new shop items. However, many casinos don't want to set up the shop items for us since this requires additional work.

I was wondering, have you ever tried or asked casinos about offering in the shop deposit bonuses? It's getting real hard to get 100% reload and such and if i saw in the shop "oshi casino 100% reload bonus" for 1-2-5$ whatever the cost would be i would be alot more interested. I know it's important to have no deposit items for hard days but as mostly a depositor i wish there was some offers like that, offers that are better than what is usually offered. I'd easily see myself saving a bigger amount for a deposit with a special offer i purchased here etc. I also see how casinos could be more interested in participating in such offers. All this without removing the usual offers as sometimes we run cold and need some help holding on while other times we are in good shape or have more money and would be better off with an improved bonus offer than a few dollars worth no deposit.

I would be very nice if you would add 5usd increment of money item.

for instances 5usd 10usd 15 and 20usd for extra choice if someone can find the way to use it at such low amount.

If this hasn't been suggested already how about an upgrade to the existing items such as the Paypal's already existing $25 to have $50, $25 worth of bitcoin with $50. Will this be a problem with the technical team.....after all variety is the spice of life!

its a good idea, proposed few times before too.  coding the game itself is one thing but implementing it to our chip/shop system ( which wasnt designed for such thing in the first place) , is a whole different ball game.

 Well i only trust 2 casinos being in the USA and one i can not deposit at atm. The other is not in the shop. I have been saying for years i will try out a different casino to deposit at but i am afraid to. I am afraid of what happens if i win and having to go thru so much to get paid. I am of the same opinion. For me it is nothing "free" what you can get or earn as rewards for acitivity and loyality on this site. Of course as a player you can purchase no deposit prozes or payout cash to e wallets, but the first thing you have to do for being able to receive anything is always something with give your own miney, which means first make a deposit in the casinos. If you dont accept to make a deposit with your money first, you are out of luck and receive nothing. But at the end every player can feel free to decode himself what he would like to do and what not, so there is no problem with this here at all.

I have enjoyed the occasional chip and have tried a few different ones from my favorite casinos that they have listed granted a couple of them got rejected but that's on the casino not on LCB.  

I would like to see more gift cards for online shops. Not any high Street brands or from that wannabe astronaut.  Shops that support a good cause, fair trade,  independent bookstores or something. I spend money rather there instead of putting them into a online wallet and let have Skrill or that other wannabe astronaut have the fees.

Members can donate if they wish any amount of chips and after it reaches a certain amount we vote on a  project, charity....to donate the money. Something that's involved in  gambling addiction or prevention . I rather put my chips in there isted of getting 20 free spins in a RTG Casino
