3. My favorite recipes is shephard's pie...ground beef, gravy mashed potatoes, peas and carrots.  mix everything except for the potatoes together after it's cooked, place in shallow pan, top off with the potatoe and bake at 350 for 35 min....easy as pie!

recipe for t-day: real candied yams

1 large can sweet potatoes
2 teaspoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup cinnamon red hots
1 cup marshmallows
Drain 1/2 of the juice from the can of sweet potatoes. Place in a casserole dish. Dot with butter. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with candies and add cover top with marshmallows. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes at 325°F.

Thanksgiving recipe: muffin pan potato gratins

Ingredients

Unsalted butter, room temperature, for muffin cups
2 medium russet potatoes (about 3/4 pound each)
Coarse salt and ground pepper
6 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly brush 6 standard muffin cups with butter. Thinly slice potatoes. Place 2 slices in each cup and season with salt and pepper. Continue adding potatoes, seasoning every few slices, until cups are filled. Pour 1 tablespoon heavy cream over each. Bake until potatoes are golden brown and tender when pierced with a knife, 30 to 35 minutes. Run a thin knife around each gratin. Place a baking sheet or large plate over pan and invert to release gratins. Flip right side up and serve.

Put out clear glasses with vodka as the liquor and sprite or 7-up or club soda as mix.
Make ice trays of cherry, lime, and strawberry koolaid. When added to drinks, not only do they give that xmas colour, but flavour that changes as they melt

You guys are incredible i am loving the recipes, just in time for Thanksgiving ideas. I never knew some of you won great cash at some of the casinos either!. Everyone sounds like they have wonderful families and loved ones in their lives to be thankful for.

The turkey guesses are cracking me up. I tried to bribe Zuga to give me a hint but he won't budge as to how big it is!

A few years ago when US was allowed a microgaming I loved casino Mondial. I had alloted al my spare money for presents for Grandkids . No gambling money. Favorite simple cranberry sauce recipe
1 pound (4 cups) fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 whole orange, unpeeled, seeds removed, and chopped fine
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Sprinkle ground cinnamon

Wash cranberries and set aside.

Bring sugar and water to a boil. Add cranberries, oranges, and cloves. Simmer over a high flame, stirring frequently, until berries pop open. Add crushed pineapple, walnuts, and cinnamon, and blend. Cool and serve.

you can use just orange zest , this makes a delicous sauce Happy thanksgiving
