LCB $500 Thanksgiving Contest!!



Happy Thanksgiving from the LCB Administration to you and your family! LCB’s is thankful for all our members and it’s our way to show appreciation and say Thank-you!

Although Thanksgiving is a US holiday we encourage all members around the world to participate.

Can you guess how much the LCB Thanksgiving Turkey below weighs? This virtual turkey is big enough to feed our LCB family!  Zuga has the weight of this gobble, gobble turkey under lock and key and the first 4 members that come closest to guessing will win $25 each.



Remember this is not your typical turkey, this is the LCB turkey! The weight determined should be for approximately 400 members (the average number of members online per day) so we are talking about a HUGE weight! Weight can be estimated in pounds or kilos.

Other cash prizes are awarded by answering the following questions. Winners will be chosen by random draw.

In honor of my Mother who was my very best friend...
The MOST memorable casino win I am MOST thankful for was actually the $34 my MOM won her first time @ the craps table!!    It was a $1 craps table and she was SO excited.  All the way back to our room all she kept saying was "$34!" and showing me her chips.  I have rarely laughed so hard!!!  I actually have a framed picture of the two of us with the $34 in chips - one of my most cherished treasures!!

Thanks so much for letting me share this wonderful memory!  For LCB as well, I know I'm far from alone when I point out how much I enjoy this terrific site!

Fudge.....1 stick margarine, 1-8 oz cream cheese, 1 bag powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, enough cocoa to turn it chocolate, and crushed walnuts.  just mix together with hands and shape into balls, patti's, or your favorite shape...

Turkey! Just love it, bet I could almost eat a whole myself...LOL!

Memorable casino win...Christmas eve, broke like a joke,$800 bill due, no Christmas presents for anyone. My mother took me to the land based Christmas Eve night, gave me $40 and wished me well. Won $2500 on a quarter bet on a penny machine. Gave my mother half, did some late night shopping and paid my bil off. Christmas turned out pretty good lol

Slotland ran a contest in the summer of 2007 called "Your Vacation of aa Lifetime".  Anyone could submit their choice of a dream vacation.

I was anxiously awaiting the return of my husband from a 15 month deployment to Iraq.  He was returning in September 2007 and we had planned a very delayed honeymoon to Las Vegas in November of that year.

When I was chosen as the winner, receiving a whopping $5,000 prize, I promptly upgraded all our travel plans - first class air travel, a helicoper and river trip to the Grand Canyon, a special tour of the Hoover Dam...it was awesome!

Our ten day "honeymoon" to Vegas was made SO extra special thanks to SLOTLAND!!!

I am most thankful for my husband, Bill!

This is a second marriage for both of us.  We were hooked up on a blind date by my uncle who worked with Bill at the time.  We were both coming from bad first marriages where there wasn't must respect from the spouses.

Here we are seventeen years later, happier than ever, more in love than ever and looking forward to retirement in a few years and lots of travel!

These past years have been filled with love, respect and enough laughter to fill ten lifetimes!!!  We genuinely enjoy each others company and look forward to seeing each other at the end of each day!  That's so rare in most marriage and we are so blessed that my unlce hooked us up!
