I did get credited the bonus, but it was only for $18.00. I was reading some of the posts and noticed that a few others were only credited $18.00 also. Maybe InetBet is confusing their cashback bonus with your exclusive cashback bonus. 

Can you check with them and get the entire bonus credited to my account?

So they came back and said this "The player had exceeded the amount of free chips that could be claimed between deposits as per casino terms."

I've queried it with them as the response seem to be referring to the shop item rather than the cashback.

I got no free chips from them!!!  All I have done is make a lot of deposits in the last 3 to 4 weeks and made no withdrawals!!
