According to the first post it's this

Cashback credits are non-redeemable, have a wagering requirement of 10x the credit amount (all games permitted equally) and a maximum cashout of 20x the credit amount.

So playthrough is 10x and max cashout is 20x the amount credited.  So if you received $50, playthrough is $500 and max cashout is $1,000.  Does that match what you are seeing at the casino?
