I just wanted to make sure I am on the list for tommorrows monthly kudos for 25% cashback, I have lost soooooo much money at Kudos, more importantly NO playing time. I have been playing for over 15 years and never experienced this ever, I made another deposit tonight hoping it would turn around but yet again lost, and QUICK. You cashback was a little lower this month as you have also withdrawn from the casino. The cashback is calculated as a percentage of Deposits - Withdrawals.

I was supposed to receive $939.04 since my total deposits for the month of March totaled $3,756.14 and they only credited me $390., this is a big difference and I would like this to be corrected ASAP as I have been waiting to play

I have a question if someone knows the answer, please explain it to me.  This is percentage cashback on losses over the course of a month, right?  Well, since there is a play through requirement, why is it that they deduct that cashback money from any winnings you are lucky enough to be able to cash out?  If they are going to require you to have a play through then you should be entitled to the full amount should you be lucky enough to win something after meeting it.  I understand the deduction if there was no play through involved, but to require a play through and then deduct the initial amount you were given as an incentive on money you have already lost to the casino and played through 10X doesn't seem quite fair to the player. Am I the only one who thinks this is kind of wrong?

I haven't had any results yet.  Is the cashback you have all received this cashback or could it be a standard cashback everyone gets?

What I'm not happy about is the max cashout limits.  Why is there a max at all?

Maybe that's how they can give you 25%. 

Regarding deducting the cashback from any withdrawal, same applies to that, that's how they can give you 25% as I asked them the question.

Yeah I am not happy about that either AND I am not happy about having a play through and then having to give back the original amount they credited you back either.  They make you play through the money and then even after you have reached the play through it isn't all yours ... if you win anything they will deduct the original amount they gave you, which is a portion of money you already lost to them originally.  I had to play through 477, which was about $4777 before I would be able to cash out anything and after all of that I was lucky enough to have about 800 left when I finished, but after them deducting the 477 I was only getting a mere $323 after they took away the original amount. So this whole "cash back" thing is really not cash back because it has terms attached to it, which it shouldn't.

Unfortunately or fortunately? this offer has now ended.
