Hi Espey,
Your deposits were indeed refunded 20 days ago. Unlike regular transactions, in case of a refund, we don't get a "special" confirmation from the bank if your account was credited or not. It will appear as "done" in either case.
The moment you contacted the finance, they opened a query regarding this issue- it takes time since it goes from our bank, to correspondent bank, to your bank and then the reply goes all the way back.
I will update you when we get a reply.
If you can take another look: The refunds can appear in 3 different ways:
can appear as cancellation on the return date (around 8th of feb), or on the date that the original transactions were made, or just the original transactions deleted.

I hit a jackpot at Slots Jungle. Since its a large amount of money, is there a chance of withdrawing all my winnings at once? Ive won just under 12k. I know the rules state a max cash out of 3000 per withdraw but I worry cashing out in smaller amounts may take longer than I would like. I appreciate anything you can do for me. Haven't heard much except that my bank info may be incorrect. It's been long enough. I'm not sure what the problem is at this point. It's been painfully slow at this point. My original request of 2500 was approved on the 22nd of March. I don't see anything anywhere. Why is there such a hassle when withdrawing? -

I've checked.
The situation is that we have sent already 2 wires, but as you said none of them was received. We cannot send another one unless we see that you are getting them.
Now we need to see that either you are receiving them or that we are getting them back.
If we are getting them back then we can send them then we need different account details from you in order to send them again.
In case you do have additional earnings besides the ones that were wired, you can send us new account details and we will send them there and will also send the previos ones the moment we get them back. But there is nothing we can do until you do so.
I do have the prints of the wires and can send them to you in order to check with your bank.
I would suggest using checks, but it's not possible due to your location.

hi daniel. i need yuro help, if possible. I was overcharged on 4/4/12 at Slots Jungle. I tried to deposit $21 and it was denied per popup window but didn't show in my account history at all, i then noticed it was put on hold on my mastercard debit acct, so i thought it would be released later (pissed me off but i can live with it). well, i notified julia lewis as she's a vip rep and the ONLY one who will ever respond - ever!!!! she said she'd fix if it didn't work itself out, basically - problem is she is in the office at like 3 am my time so we have a time difference problem. i now assume she's off work as i haven't heard back for over 24 hours! i have sent emails to finance, support, julia, justine, greg, carol - not one response! i am fuming as i saw yesterday they took that money out of my account but did not credit to my account. now they wont respond. i have to file with my bank FRAUD charges ASAP if i they don't credit my slots jungle account ASAP (user - beardcat) as i can't wait and wait then inform my bank. hi again daniel. this is my latest effort - chat talk. i hope it helps. also, if i here from live chat one more time that deposit doesn't show on history, i will scream - as yes, that is the problem - they just took my money without crediting to my casino acct!!! i just wonder how many times this has happened as i make 20+ deposits some days and only noticed this time because i was broke and made few deposits. that was the last of my money in that account.

Agree daniel, in fact I was always adivsed by Chat not to even redeem my comps and play them until my withdrawal has been approved.

The withdrawal time in CasinoTitan is 6 days, so that is ok. Unless there are any special issues, the withdrawals always processed on time.
Since I'm not casino employee, i can interfere in special cases or when something needs to be corrected, but not with their day to day work.

Daniel ... my username for Slotsjungle is mammag ... I received an email from the finance dept on the 18th of April telling me that all of my docs were approved ... I then requested a cashout and received another email saying that they received my wire transfer request. As of today the money is still sitting there pending. I know their terms are UP to 4 business days ... however, if they can take a deposit instantly then they surely should be able to process a withdrawal within 48 hours if they have already approved all of the documentation. This makes me feel like they are stalling because they either dont have the funds to process the withdrawal or they are waiting hoping that I will play it all back. At this point I am really not happy since I feel that my withdrawal should have already been processed and in my bank. I have never had to wait this long for a withdrawal from any casino that I have played with. I have always been paid within 48 - 72 hours from the time of withdrawal request. Please look into this and see if you can help to speed this process along. Thank you

I am monitoring this one, but not all cases are actually a case. For example in the last one, it's all ok. Request accepted in the system and will be handled as usual.
Regarding the Bonus banns- I'm not informed of the exact criteria, but bonuses are not a must... As a player I also like to get those, but I'm not receiving them from all and each one handles it differently.
We have brands that have higher amounts, like CasinoTItan, some lower like Winpalace and there is also difference between different players, but eventually it is risky for the casino and I think they have the privilege to decide whether to offer them or not...

I have been trying to cash out from slots jungle since July 29th. My emails are ignored, and when I call they tell me it just takes time to process. it has been two weeks. I realize that I was lucky and won my very first time visiting the casino, however, I met all of the playthrough requirements, made a deposit and submitted my paperwork. I got an email saying my paperwork was accepted and I could withdrawl.
