Not trying to cuss Nicolas out...but we have had this discussion before about the unrealistic losing streak I've been on at this casino....and this just proves my point 100 times more.....$5000 dollars, 3 deposits and no bonus rounds....is it really just that i have the utmost worst luck in the entire world or is this casino just plain out rigged.....how is it possiblt to lose every single time you play and even worse when you have a bankroll like this and STILL just straight lose?

If I were you I wouldn't make another deposit there until you get some kind of answer on that because that's not right!  I don't have the kind of money to deposit $5K anywhere ($30 dollars is more my speed) but if I did and I didn't hit a single bonus I think I would throw myself off a bridge!  That's awful!!

well, I only made about $250 in deposit, but claimed  650% bonus, 300% bonus and 250% bonus and in all came out to almost $5000 and thats counting ONE win....and after that win.....LOSE, LOSE, LOSE.......I've been on an unrealistic losing streak since the day I first played this place, but only made deposits because I LOVE the way Nicolas treats us........but this kind of losing isn't even worth being treated good!!! And even worse is now Nicolas is barely even on here anymore!!!!

I believe that 120%.....as I said before I thought Nicolas was just being nice......but now I wonder if his kindness is only because he know's you won't win and granted it is a good way to get people to want to deposit there...but really, how can a casino afford to give out as many free chips as they do if people could actually win from them?? hi i dont knopw this is how the US. got gambling taken away. thats why its called a game of chance, i go every week to land casinoand for thew first time in 4 months , i hit last week. i watch a friend of mine go thru a lot of money what got her hookedwas she won a car at local casino, then she went most every day, her husband died , and she went thru his life insuranceand savings acounts. she lost her job and her car and house , everything. she moved in with her daughter, its sad. but you have to lose what you can afford. and responciable  people lose their right to gamble because there is people that cant control themselfs , and that to me is wrong , ty josie46

But lets be for real here,  Nicolas is a nice guy, and he doesn't give out free chips because he expects you to lose, he does this as good business ethics, to try to keep players happy, and to say anything different is just wrong.  As nice as he has been to all of us, and then to talk crap is ridiculous, and embarrassing.
All rival casinos are set on the same payout platform, so Vegas Regal has no control if you win or lose.  You have to same chance of winning there as you do any other rival casino.  

I have to agree. Sometimes, when we are on a losing streak, we tend to blame everybody except ourselves...been there..done that. I thought the same thing about Vegas Regal, lost every deposit soo fast that I thought that something was up. Played at different casinos, even bingo..lol...nothing..could not hit a thing. So either the whole online casino world is rigged or this is just not my time.

Satan you make this public when you got on here and slandered the casino, and talked crap on a public forum. The casino has the right to defend themselves.  We all experience losing streaks, and we all deal with it differently, but IMO if you can't handle this kind of loss, maybe you need to reconsider gambling.

satan...I normally don't get involved in post like this BUT you need to calm down. I think you are attacking the wrong source in your life. Vegas Regal is not the source of your problem, believe me, I know. Been there..done that.
All this person is trying to show that you did have play time and not $5000 play with no bonus. Just think about it..if somebody would accuse you of something...would you not try to show that it really was not like they said.

I do know I have been very upset at times when I deposited even a $20 and had it be so disappointing, I'd whine and complain (not at Vegas Regal), e-mailed support, manager or host and let them know what's up. Usually there'd be some kind of peace offering. It's okay to whine one-on-one, but to accuse publicly about one place in particular isn't right, and especially after all the freebees I'd be embarrassed. Now I'm not saying I always do the right thing, like now I'm freaking out waiting for my big $66 win off free chip and have been writing, chatting and checking and probably making a pest of myself. I really want to play and not even thinking about how my waiting so anxiously must make me look. Right there would appear I have no other money to deposit. And make me not so appealing as a customer. If I were Nicolas I would probably stay away long enough to figure out how to handle all these issues and still shine before his followers, and you gotta know he's already so busy. Hang in there, it will come back, take some deep breaths, whatever. Just use your head.

I really like to defend Vegas Regal in any way I can. I have made many many deposits there. Mostly small ones. With or without bonus. I am up to the casino. I have never hit something big but I don't like to take chances with the money either. I believe it is very much depending on wich games you play, how you play them and ofcourse about luck.
I am winning over the casino but I still getting free chips, I still get bonuses and they have Nicholas. I can't ask for more.
Most important. They always anwers questions with an honest answer. I have never seen any other casino doing that, or looking after there players the way they are doing.

Well all the namecalling is a disgrace, but one good thing came out of this which is... the casino has shown that they do have our payout percentage and a record of every spin that happens.  If there is ever a problem with a bonus not triggering or any other kind of malfunction at a rival casino, we know they can see it.

Well theres so many online casinos out there and tho i cant deposit again for personal reasons I never seen any casino give out so much free dough like vegas regal! I have deposited a little to almost every rival and none give back like Regal.
