    I have withdrawals pending now for over a month from Ricardo's casinos.  I can't get anyone to answer my emails and live chat is useless just saying they will let vip know to contact me. Please help!

    Please be advised that Ricardo's and it's sister brands are BLACKLISTED on our site. 

    Affiliate program suddenly shut and website displays a blank page. We were told in May 2016 that they were trying to sell the Refilliates brands and launching a new licensed casino BetReels. This casino and its sister brands are not to be trusted, please stay away.

    Even though they are blacklisted, we will try to help you by reaching out to them in hopes that we can get any information regarding your issue that can be useful.

    We need to inform you that unfortunately we tried to contact Casino Representative but an email address is not valid so at the moment we don't have any other contact that we can reach out to.

    With that being said, we are forced to close this complaint due to Casino Unresponsiveness.
