Hi I was enjoying your casino a great deal. . I have made deposits and 3 small withdrawals as well. One of them was from 2.00 in comp points. The withdrawal was for 25.00 but it took a very long time and was even reversed for no reason. Anyway I would like to deposit with no promblem but I now have No Promotions. I dont think I should be treated that way I have depoisted 50.00 and withdrew 135.00 , Not big money in any form. just an update, talked with live support and they kept refering to the e-mail that stated my docs went to the right people. I have recived an e-mail from faxbacks stating that my docs had been accepted and that I can cash out now. However I can't deposit much less cash out if I can't log in!
Sorry I know I am just whining because it takes time but I guess that is my right. But any help you could give would be much appreciated

Duwayne has not answered my private message that I sent twice . It was read so dont hold your breath. I have made 2 dep and made 3 small withdrawals . One for 25.00 from 2.00 in comp points I had but Duwayne accused me of only making one deposits and playing with free chips. Well guess what No Promos and Bonuses for me NO DEPOSITS FOR YOU !

I don't know. I start out bonus inelgible at almost all rivals because there have been multiple accounts at the same ip (different people) in the past when we didn't know you couldn't. That said I am bonus elgible at all but maybee 2 rivals that I have sent an e-mail to support letting them know what is up.
I started out bonus elgible at tropica, the first time I made the playthrough on a free chip I was locked out the next day.. I think I had allready played to no money too, didn't even try to cash out. I was logging in to make a deposit..lol! I did everything asked and was told by support that I had multiple accounts and would remain locked out...
When I first asked Dwayne to look into why I got locked out in this thread I said that was a possible reason why, but have had no problems with other revals clearing it up(once someone is tagged for multiple accounts at rivals there is no way having it removed even if it happened unintensionally). He told me that I just had to send in docs.
I don't know if the whole CSR deal was an experiment for them, or if he just went on vacation but at this point the only reason I posted about it again is because I am a stubborn bull headed person and I feel that I was locked out purely because I made the playthrough.(remember locked out next time I went to log in after making playthrough)
If multiple accts was the case just say so, I understand it is ok. But it is a little jaked up to not say so in the beginning. In the end I really don't care. I just expect direct answers to direct questions, and if those answers are not the ones that I was hoping it is ok. But as long as I feel that I am getting the runaround I will do my best to make you spend as much time as possible and as frustrated as you can comming up with bs answers untill they pony up and give a direct difinitave answer.(Twisted I know but I think it is fun) -

I have worked in support, on the phone, live chat, and e-mail corrispondance side before. I understannd that policy is policy and how decisions that go against the normal policy come about. I can honestly say that in most cases I am not that exception to policy, and I don't get hurt feelings when it comes to business.

all I know is going to all the Casino forums like Casinomeister and many many more , nothing but complaints. reversed withdrawals that were not initiated by the player , unanswered email, banned because you win on a no deposit chip, and in my case bald face lies. Told I only deposited once when clearly it was twice. I deposited 25.00 twice and cashout 65.00 50.00 and 25.00 which of course makes me bonus banned

face it. all rivals have the same games, so the only thing that makes them different is customer support and service. tropica offers neither of these, so all we can do is uninstall them and go someplace where we are appreciated.
i too had an issue, went to live support, got the usual non-answer, so i too sent a PM to duwayne, which went unanswered as well... welcome to my un-installer program tropica, you won't be missed. -

i have made several depsoits here. i received an e-mail stating 8 free chip to day now they say i have multble accouts which i do not. they cant tell me the other accounts because they say arent in my name i am only one on this computrt. guess they do not want my money but i want my depsoits back if they are saying i have multible account. which i do not very unhappy

Rival have implemented a system that denies players bonuses, based on their playing history across all rival brands. It's up to the operator, whether to use it or not. Tropica Casino has decided to use it but the only problem is we do not know which players end up being bonus banned until the player contacts us asking why they not receiving bonuses. We will deal with each player thats contacts us on a case by case basis and allow players whom we feel still deserve bonuses, to carry on receiving them.

Hello Duwayne, I downloaded the casino sometime ago. I had been enjoying the free chips and I actually won on a free chip. I didn't cash out though, I used the bonus reversal and ended up losing it, but thats not here nor there, had alot of fun. Recently when I went in to see about a free chip, all of a sudden it said NO PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE. Could you find out what happenen? hi duwayne i made several deposits at tropica and they shut off my promos. i didnt get any promos on my deposits and i have had none since either. I was so angry as they just kept telling me they would review my account and send me an email but they never did. I closed my account out of frustration and anger.

Last night I made two $25 deposits at Tropica. User name jokinsers. I did not use a bonus, this was MY OWN CASH.
I played and then requested a $60 cashout to my quicktender account, from which I had deposited, then played a little bit more with the remainder in my account, and left the casino with $3.13 in my balance.
This morning I accessed my account and you CANCELLED my $60 withdrawal and left me with only $25 in my account. What the hell? You just steal money now??? No explanation? How can you justify stealing my own cash? You then topped that off by removing all promotions.
And I thought Tropica was a safe place to deposit! -

Tropica used to be one of my top 3 of rival caisnos, but it's changed now. I've been having long losing streak here, but that is not my complain. It's hard for me to deposit here again because recently Tropica did not honor the promotion that they promised. They didn't give me the credit for the "thanks giving offer 1" promotion in which a player deposit and wager at least $100 on Golbler Gold slot to qualify, then they missed giving me the 10% monthly cash back for Nov. I emailed support asking about it, but it's been couple days past without an answer.

What is going on with Tropica as of late!!?? I cannot believe that this forum even continues to participate with them!
I read daily about players who never deposit receiving bonuses daily yet I have been a depositing member of Tropica since October 2010 and deposit VERY frequently but RARELY get bonuses.... INCLUDING the ones advertised only for depositing players! When I contact email support usually the first 3-4 emails are never responded too but usually by the 5th or 6th email I finally get a response and every time it is "kindly be patient, the issue is being looked into". How many weeks does it take to "look into it!"
I advise the non-depositing bonus players CONTINUE to do so! Once you become a depositor your bonuses disappear and the support team is WORTHLESS
