    I had a look and superficially all I see is a lack of confirmed payout method within the account, the initial request was as a "Coindraw" withdrawal but unfortunately didn't qualify for Coindraw so it will have to be processed as standard Bitcoin.   • Well, I will have to say I'm kind of surprised that my bitcoin withdraw was approved somewhat this quickly thought I was going to go a few more rounds but now I think we're in the? Rounds because now they said 7 to 10 business days before they can start to send the payment out which I thought that's why we use bitcoin cryptocurrency because supposed to be faster so I'm not too happy about that so we'll see how this goes.

  • These guys are unbelievable I asked them several times when I first made the withdraw if I had all the proper documents 3 times I asked and they said yes you have all the proper documents and today when the time frame was up for them to approve they said I needed to update my documents they said it's been two years and nowhere in the terms and conditions does it say that the players need to update every two years it's funny that they waited till rt now to say this why and how they can get away with this is not right and something needs to be done about this and not to mention on my profile where it says documents it says I'm approved.

  • No sorry your wrong and how you can't see that is beyond me how can you have a $30 chip and then have a total amount of $100.03 without playing a single spin and have comp points are you not seeing the screen shots I'm sending and there is no money to play with they took it away probably because it's $100 I won and they can't put just $30 back in there.
