I recently purchased 50 dollars gameplay from casino raging Bull casino played my $50 lost. Then in the next week I got a cash weekly payback for the amount of money that I had spent the previous week which was $30 and none of this was on promos or any other kind of thing. So when I got my $30 I played it and I actually came up about $2,700. I won playing cash bandits three so then I try to do cash that out and course I went through The whole depositing Litecoin and everything else to get it to go. Finally got it and instead I had to withdrawal balance of $2,700 and in order to actually claim out or cash out what you would want with your weeklies the whole thing was is you had to play out $1,200 of playthrough to get it in which I did obviously and at the end of that I had $2,700 to cash out withdrawal went to withdraw it and customer service told me that I had a Max cash out of $100 on that particular weekly payout. Nowhere in the terms and conditions. Does it say anything about $100 being a thing that you can max out on? And in the meantime I had deposited more money onto my account and went into a tournament which I had to pay the $30 and $20 add-ons for everything. After that one $200 and with that $200 I turned around and played another casino tournament of the same type and I won second place for $1,000 and when I went to and I deposited my own money on top of that like another $30 in Bitcoin and then when I tried to withdraw just $150 after I'd canceled my $2,700 cash out because I had that option where it said to cancel that because they told me I could only cash out a hundred of it. Anyways, I just canceled the whole thing. Then I tried withdrawing $100 and then another $150 after I won that tournament for $1,000 leaving just about three grand in my account yet and then I came back to it couple hours later and they literally took all my money. The whole three grand and left me with a $30 withdrawal in my account and said because I won that on this that and the other for tournaments that it was canceled out and they avoided everything that I had won fairly with no contingencies no stipulations and they took it all saying that I had mixed funds and stuff and and I didn't withdraw my balance before playing another thing like I didn't know I had to withdraw balance. There's nothing said about that either. I took screenshots all of this that was happening as it was happening for proof of it all. Not sure how I would add that into this for years but if you could help me out at all that would be greatly appreciated. And I don't know what to do I'm having a hard time communicating with them and they won't listen to what I have to say. They're just taking it and that's that. So I'm reaching on to you guys before we're having to reach out to a lawyer or something. Any feedback or advice would be super appreciated and helpful. Thank you!
Greetings all,
I had the chance to review your situation Cjbuponone. Weekly cashback is an excellent benefit and gives you the opportunity to win some cash based on your previous week's deposits, it is not however straight cash. It is a free bonus chip that carries strict rules of 40/60 playthrough and 2x maximum cashout. The issue lies in you treating those funds as cash without honoring the rules associated with the free bonus then additionally placing cash deposits on top of the funds (this is called mixing funds). The bonus funds were used for buy-in in a tournament and only cash funds can be used for this purpose.
The win resulting from these actions was non-cashable and the funds were removed from the system per the terms and conditions of the casino and the bonus itself. Your cash funds were separated from the removed balance and placed back into your casino account as cash, you then played the funds to zero.
Unfortunately, in this case there is nothing I can do to assist. I should emphasize that reading and understanding the terms and conditions of the casino are critical in preventing this type of disappointment in the future, I wish there was more I could do to help but these are the rules.
I have included a screen capture of the terms specific to this case below. Complete terms and conditions can be found here: https://www.ragingbullslots.com/terms.php
Best wishes,
Nick and Raging Bull
