    Planet Casino has had its warning removed and been put on probation. It is now under new management.The new owners are the same team that operates Lucky Creek, Grand Eagle, Treasure Mile etc and they are working hard to rebuild the brand.

  • Reading their terms is mandatory because they can be confusing and tricky such as they have a list of deposit en withdrawal methodes in the banking page but if you read the last sentence you'd be confused by it. Saucify / Rival casinos are the worst if you ask me, it's a combo of bad mojos.

    Just to let you know that Planet Casino has got the green light from LCB. They have successfully passed our  3-month probation period, so now we can safely take them off the Warning list. Please read the full report HERE.

  • I would highly recommend taking a second look into Planet Casino and their practices. I know that they were given the green light but I have had a close friend deal with them for the last 5 months and they are a lousy casino when it comes to customer service (if you can call what they dish up for their depositors their that) and they have straight confinscated wins and withdrawals for no reason whatsoever! They have also been lagging on a Bitcoin Payout of barely $101 for nearly a month. Phone support blames a third party processor, chat support just disconnects, email support just tells you what you want to hear and so on and so forth. Trying to withdraw basically the funds he initially deposited over 3 deposits has taken nearly 6 months... NO JOKE! Beware!
