  • Sorry, was replying to your questio about the link that had been deleted. A casino bob player with a VERY hefty bankroll had their account locked pending investigation, lots of bad blood, but player has been cleared and funds are available to them to the tune of almost 1M euro.

    Based on the article I read today at another casino review site that shall not be named, the player once again has full access to their account and funds, I would assume their still limited by the enhanced withdrawal limits granted to them by their VIP status, but able to withdraw under those terms.

    As to Playamo/Bob being up in eachothers biznatch.. they're sister sites, same people, different brands.

  • Well, I am aware that Bobcasino and Playamo are brands of Direx nv, a company that has more than a dozen casinos under it's name such as the famous BitStarz, King Billy, Oshi etc. I'm glad to hear that this issue has been resolved and the player is allowed to withdraw his winnings, Bobcasino did not have any other choice because otherwise they will lose their license, close their doors and it's sisters casino, that will cost them more than a million.

    They won't be returned for now. They need to solve the player issues first and then we're going to consider to bring them back in the shop. Anyway, you will be updated.

    If the code is accepted then you are entitled to the bonus and I am disappointed that they did not want to help you with this issue, do you have a personal account manager with this casino? If you do, you can ask him or her about this and they are more helpful than live chat agents.

    Hm! That's not nice. We have notified them, still no reply. We'll keep on sending emails until we get the answer.

    That's so not true, first of all, LCB does not or will not hide anything from anyone, they are here to help players as much as they can but if the other party does not want to co-operate that's the end of it. LCB already removed Playamo/Bobcasino shop items from the LCB shop. If they removed a post or a review regarding those casinos, it's more likely because it did not follow the guide lines. Angry / frustrated / irritated players have the tendency to curse, outburst or bad mouth.

    Thanks for your feedback but I must say that you are not right. We don't hide anything, we do not take anyone's side and we do not support anyone. On the contrary, we want every post and issue to be transparent on LCB, we are always doing our best to help you guys resolve the issues and solve the problems you have with any casino. We suspended each promotion run by Playamo. Furthermore, we didn't remove any complaint from our forum. 

    In case you have any issues with these two brands, you are more than welcome to post it here and we're going to reach the casino rep and try to sort it out.

    We did not agree with you anything and have to add that you were less than willing to cooperate with us on your complaint  and even attacked the Mods trying to assit you.

    We also did not say we would blacklist them we said that we are closely monitoring their behaviour and based on your and other potential issues we will be updating our reviews accordingly, which may or may not include warnings, blacklist etc..     However you didnt do your own due diligence as reading TC is a must. So this obviously is not a clear cut case, and we made our position in public quite clear as to what we think should be done.

    On a positive side we got them to implement the GEO blocker to prevent registrations from restricted countries. Which is in itself an admission that something was lacking in the first place, but at least should solve the problem moving forward.



  • Stay away from Playamo/Bobcasino they are stealing bitcoin from USA players. They fully verified my account and I live in USA and NO I don't use a proxy services that hides IP. After successfully cashing out about $1200 from a few hundred dollar deposit I continued to play eventually losing $5000. When I inquired about any bonuses I was very rudely told they don't accept USA players and they closed my account. LCB and other LCB users have agreed with me and have requested the casino to refund my deposits but they refuse to listen to LCB Mods.

As we already told you, everything is transparent, we do not hide anything and we also do not take anyone's side. The reason we have casinos with a warning sign is to warn our members not to play there. Even when the casino is on a warning list, we try to reach them and get the answers. However, we do not promote them or giving them extra exposure. We are always doing our best to protect you from rogue casinos, therefore we keep the things transparent and don't remove all delete anything even when the cases stay unresolved.

  • No you have not answered my questions you have actually danced around them. This is a very clever move what you guys are doing here and I hope other players realize this. Here is the problem Melissa, you are in fact siding more with the casino because you refuse to delete them completely from your site. By doing this you are allowing this casino to build up good reviews so cases like mine just get lost in the mix. Something is very fishy about this whole thing and I hope my fellow members see this. 

  • All three are owned by the same person so beware they have a history of stealing bitcoin anytime they feel like it. LCB has many complaints against these guys and LCB has requested them many times to refund players but they don't listen or have respect for anyone.

  • Playamo, Bobcasino & Wildtornado are owned by the same people and they are thieves. LCB along with other players agreed that they should refund my bitcoin deposits but they flat out said NO. This is a group of scammers.

  • There's nothing anybody can do right now, better to let it go. Do not stuck with this because this won't change a thing regarding your matter, players can now read the warning sign and it still up to them whether they want to play there or not. Let it go, let it go.

  • Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't  one of the main functions of LCB is to provide players a platform to watch each others back by keeping track of all these online casinos. You are doing the opposite of helping when the warning you have for the casino is only warning about USA players. You keep praising them for now stepping up and blocking players from banned countries. I have found many unresolved cases and each one is just flat out stealing. I found an old complaint here on LCB about these guys in 2015/16 and since then 4 others ripped off like me. if you guys would of done your job and banned them completely players never would have known them.

How about some praise for some of the good we do like expose casinos with fake games or getting players their winnings? Your comments are no longer helpful and I am fed up (which is hard to do). I suggest you use the rest of your energy on Askgamblers, I see they have Playamo as one of their certified brands.

     

  • Askgamblers also works with these rogue casinos as well. The only website that is truthfully looking out for the players is Casinomiester, they have not sold out to these million dollar casinos.

    Eventually we managed to get to the bottom of your issue and clearly stated what casino should do. And now they are on our wanring list.

    If you dont like it how we mediate and deal with casinos then by all means you are free to leave. But mind we will  no longer tolerate you BS.
