  • I hope someone would respond in a timely manner and assist me the best way he/she can right now. As I am really almost totally going to have a nervous break down by what Oshi Casino did just a few hours ago. My whole body is still shaking at the time of writing. This is how they literally have affected me not just mentally, emotionally, psychologically but also physiologically. I will try to make this as short as possible. I have been playing with Oshi not quite long. Several months but not years though. Have made several deposits both in FIAT and Cryptos. Have made a few cash outs. Really a few when I say a few it is countable using my 5 fingers on my right hand. 2 or maybe 3 but gladly cash outs were smooth as silk and fast as a lightning. That is because on my sign up I had already verified my account 100%. I say 100% or fully verified because I did this (for me is making non sense  but had to do it in order to cash out winnings without problems) photo holding my passport while holding a paper that specifically was requested not to be plain white bond paper but a paper with lines on it like that pad paers used by high school students with todays date and the name Oshi Casino. Anyways though I am not comfortable because it seems to me like I am a criminal having a mugshot at the police station. Lol. Anyways, going back, as I was saying I have been successfully withdrawing winnings from Oshi before and I am 100% confident that I not will have problems soon in case I personally had to create one ( I mean a problem .) So the usual stuff I receive on my email today was an Oshi reminder about their daily reload bonus blah blah blah. So it was 8 days ago since I last logged on and play there so I decided why not try my luck anyways their reload bonus is really nice specially when you were randomly issued Betsoft slots on free spins and you used BTC currency because it gives out big wins compared to BGaming slots since BSG had bigger minimum bets. The downsiode is ofcourse bigger wagering requirement to finish which ofcourse is solved by betting bigger just as long as you don't exceed the max bet allowed when you use bonus. So luckily I won 20 mBTC on the free spins and unfortunately lost on my deposited balance itself. I was so determined to win so my only goal was to finish wagering which is not really hard as it was only 0.800 BTC which literally means you just bet 800 times or spins 800 times with 0.001 mBTC bet and thats it. Easy peasy right? So with that being said I finished wagering and end up with a balance of 0.409 BTC which in my local currency is almost Php 180,000.00 A big amount for us in the 3rd world country. I was so happy excited and even chatted the support and thank them for giving me a lucky day and so I cashed it out and expecting it on my wallet sooner. Every hour I refreshed the page and there was no changes but still on pending. I messages support email their customer service email and no response at all. After 4 hours of waiting I received an email of Winnings Confiscated, Duplicate IP Address.WTF ? How would that happen when I am too selfish to let someone borrow my phone nor my laptop as it is very personal to me and I am not comfortable if someone sees my personal files etc. I only use my ownb mobile data on both my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy A10 where I always log in to my Oshi account on my Samsung Browser. I never log in on Chrome on my phone but on my HP Laptop I always use Chrome as I feel it is the best one. Sometimes I use Edge if Chrome uses too much RAM and makes my laptop lag. This makes me really think I may really be correct on what I think because come to think of it. They suddenly came up with this Confiscation due to duplicate ip address when I cashed out a big amount. Does it make sense? For me it is very obvious how it was just an alliby not to pay my legit winnings because first and foremost, Oshi indirectly proved me that if it was true, then their security system must be rigged or doesnt work as expected why? Why did it flag my account (if it really was true) just today if I have a duplicate ip address. Why not during my other cash outs with smaller amounts? Take note I do not have any other oshi account. Why would I do that? Oshi has bonuses that I seldom take advantage of to be honest? As I dont always have the money to deposit. Because the bonuses are deposit bonuses not something I get for free. What do I abuse then? September 13 was the last time I used the daily reload bonus and today was the last one. I even forfeited the deposit bonus because it was so obsolete and wouldnt help me win . 0.0001 BTC was the deposit bonus I cancelled. I let the 28 FS stayed as they were from Betsoft Gaming. Games were The Angler, and 2 other BSG Games. I feel bad as I complained about Oshi on AskGamblers few weeks ago because of a very rude customer support where the CEO Nick Garner directly contacted me and apologized and we had an exchange of emails and ended up I was able to report a bug on the website that made him issue me a $100 bonus cash for showing him a video where he clearly saw the bug I was stating. He made me feel I am important and a big lost of Oshi incase I decided to leave because of my bad experience. So I decided to stay and never heard from that customer support anymore. I thought Oshi is a really nice casino to play regularly until they stole me 0.405 BTC.. Here is whats funny? After telling me they forfeited my winnings and I breached the terms another email came after a few moment and it was a totally different story now. It says that I was trying to use a strategy to win over the casino software blah blah and it is against their rules they said. Because of that I have to wait 24 hours for an investigation and wait for their final deisoon about my cash out which will be decided without prejudice . Though I doubt it. Now so confused I chat the support and was given an answer the same as the first email. So I asked her how incompetent is Oshi to make up stores and not play the role quite good that makes them obvious to just make this up because of the big cash out and they simply dont wanna pay me out. Simple as that. So to whom this might concern please assist me to recover my Php 180.000 Philippin Peso worth of BTC ( 0.045 BTC ) from Oshi Casino, the most probably unfair casino. I am attaching here several screenshot that would justify my claim and would show contradicting emails and messages which would then make you conclude that the person was not yet decided of what really final scenario about the story he is makeing up would be. That he got confused and sent two emails with different information making him incompetent and unworthy of trust. Thank you in advance and I will monitor this thread so I could response instantly to someone who could assist me with this.

Even if you justify and prove things with screenshots and powerful statements, all you will receive is a very insulting copied and pasted terms and conditions exerpt which I have read over and over again. Are those against the rules? Thank you for understanding I was just trying to vent out and its just normal for a person who had just experienced a terrible situation to be like this. But then again, enough of that I am sorry and surely I will be waiting for a response. Hopefully soon.

Yet they deny my right to defend myself to them and all I hear from their chat support is the decision is final. Wherebis justice from the most probably fair self proclained casino?     The winning was confiscated and the deposit amount was left on balance according to the rules.

    Also I want to add that we do not have many players from Philippines.
    The fact is that all those accounts have the same city. All taking/abusing bonuses,using the same IP address.

    When we say the same ip addresses, please educate me is that okay? I am 56 years old and I am not techy but I am intelligent and a fast learner. I have google as a close friend so right now I was able to check that my public ip address 175.176.17.XXX. As I have researched and observed all subscribers of Smart Telecommunications Philippines may it be prepaid or postpaid are using an ip address that starts with 175.XXX.XX.XX. Ofcourse the rest of the numbers varies per mobile user. SO going back to my question when you say the same ip addresses for all of those from the city where I happened to live have exactly the same as my ip address from the 175.176.17.XXX? Did I get that right? I need your answer on that and ofcourse I would appreciate if you would show me those accounts who I share the same ip address because technically since my ip address is originating from my own mobile phone which only being used by yours truly, I should start to be afraid because someone might be accessing my private belongings without my knowledge? AM I right? Oh just a heads up also an ip address here in the Philippines may start with 110. XXX XXX XXX and if thats the case he is a subscriber of Globe Telecoms Inc. I am so excited to know your answer about the ip address because I would love to know how it is possible to share the same ip address from those people when I use my own mobile data alone and most probably they use their own? Unless you consider all ip addresses from the Philippines starting with 175.xxx to be the same ip address. Therefore all Smart Telecommunications Philippines are bonus abusers. Tsk tsk.     Next, the bonus I used was the daily reload bonus. Ooopss just a heads uo Oshi, after depositing 0.001 BTC and was issued automatically with the reload bonus I immediately forfeited the 11% match deposit. You know why? I wouldn't want to play with bonuses not only if you do not spam me of a repeated annoying reminder about your daily reload bonus. Kindly check on that. Oh but because I am a bonus abuser lets say, forfeiting this match bonus is an act of a bonus abuse. Do you agree? Now for your information, whats left with me after forfeiting it was the 28 free spins of Betsoft. Now since you are working in an online casino I assume you are well knowledgeable about the minimum bet of BSG slots which is much much higher than BGaming slots? Just make sure it is identical from the first 3 sets of numbers up to the last 3 sets of numbers as well. I mean from 175. xxx. xxx. xxx. If it would be really true. I will stop and apologize. And I will not continue the youtube channel I amcurrently finishing solely decicated to Oshi Casino and the Website about your being a THIEF will also not be published and I wont continue building it anymore. Just show me I am wrong and I will admit it why not? I just hope you may also wanna admit that the reason this happened is because of the big cash out which is almost half of a BTC compared to my usual very small cash outs. By the way. I do live in Caloocan City and you said there are a lot of abusers here in my city? Its too big you know? You do know what a city means right? Its not something like all people knew each other  so please refrain from using that as an evidence because its something not acceptable even on court hearings. Unless if someone from your city killed someone, you will proudly embrace if someone tells you that people from your city are killers. Of course not! Proudly say I am not a killer. I am a THIEF. Have you finally decided as to which of the 2 made up stories would be the final reason for stealing my legit winnings? I will attach the 2 emails where the one communicating to me was so stupid to send 2 emails having 2 contradicting information which made things worst. I urge you to read that I was given an expectation that ftare 24 hours I might be paid out.     Therefore, there is nothing more that we can do to assist you.

  • I wouldn't doubt that an evidence of multiple accounts can be given to you. My question is how do those evidences supported that it was me who created those duplicate accounts. I wanted to know that. I am willing to give out my full ip address and please explain and show me how it became identical to those ip addresses. Let's not be one sided here you havent heard me nor have you asked me about what happened. All you did was to warn me of posting. I did not even felt you were concerned. You are very obvious to be in favor of Oshi. Thats so disppointing. I doubt you have reasd my full story nor looked at my evidences, Because if you did you should have the idea of what happened.     I am hoping you can assist me with a complaint please.

     

    I have read  the website complaints process and sent emails to them and FAO CEO as per the website but failed to get any response.

     

    I opened an account with OSHI casino on the 19/10/2019.

    My husband and I share a Bank account and I lodged money from this account

    However the card name the Bank printed was Mrs Gerard Molloy

    I did not know this would be an issue and there is one account on the account that we both share

     

    I deposited a lot of money so when I won some back I decided to withdraw

    Oshi requested verification documentation which I then provided

    However I then received a mail saying my account was closed and winnings confiscated

     

    I went onto Live chat a numerous of times and tried to explain that these were my funds

    I provided a screen shot of my Bank account showing transactions matching the deposits and where it showed the Bank account name as S&G Molloy (attached)

    I kept getting same reply “its final decision”

     

    I have read and attach the term and conditions from the Oshi website and no where does it specify if you deposit using a different card they have a right to keep winnings and not pay out (attached)

    I have read over and over their terms and conditions and cannot see why they would do this

    I tried numerous of times to resolve this directly with them as per their website complaints process no response

    The service has been appealing

     

    I did not in any way do anything wrong or breach their terms and conditions (copies attached) and cannot see how they think it is fair to not refund my money

     

    Please assist with this as I feel they have no right to keep my money or at least refund deposits due to the following facts:

    Their website terms and conditions 10.3 re Credit and debit card payments does not call out anything about card names

    I have proved all the deposits came from my Bank account as my pending transactions on the screen shot provided showing the name would match the transaction history on the account

    I did not violate any rules as per all of their terms and conditions which I have read and read and cannot figure out.

    I understand the terms and conditions however the account is legally mine the funds deposited were from my bank account which I provided evidence of and where they match the transactions deposited 

    also where in the terms and conditions does it specifically state you have right not to give me back my withdrawal ??? 

    fair enough you've closed my account but it does not state that should a card be used that the name differs(this is my card by the way) that you have right to keep any withdrawal requests ???

    when should I expect to have an update on my query as explained I have proved and can provide further proof the funds deposited were legally mine and in my name?? Also where within the terms and conditions does it specify that you have the right to keep my withdrawal that was requested ??? 

    as your terms and conditions state that should you close account 8.3 as per screen shot funds would be refunded 

  • I see many complaints about people that have not read the terms carefully or attempted to abuse the bonus system with multiple accounts. Usually i am suspicious when claims of multiple account are brought but as a regular at oshi i know that the daily reload randomly give sometimes worthless spins, sometimes betsoft big spins and they are worth doing it everyday for the chance to get them. I can easily understand how tempting it could be to open multiple accounts and run everyday and once you hit big spins just do the reload with all accounts and gg. So obviously they have to be careful. I had multiple big cash outs there and i always respected the terms and i always got paid fairly, always. Usually im quick to complain all over the place but oshi is one of the few if not the only place where i had multiple big cash outs and never got screwed. Once they changed the terms for max bet in bitcoin, i realized after playing for some time and contacted them asking why they changed it without warning. I said i would resume respecting the new max bet and when i cashed out, they paid me and i was told to be careful to read terms in the future. Of course not being warned of a change is problematic, but as it's probably the only issue i ever had there... compared to other casinos i played it's a gold mine and i stick to it. Multiple times i ended up just playing there for some time because i didn't know where i could play safely except on their casino. They are strict with the terms, but it's both ways. For me they always respected their part of the deal while i was respecting mine. So maybe get a little slowly with the all out scam accusations because you are not done with online gambling i tell you.

    Name on the card used for deposits doesn't match the name from player's personal details.

  • Oshi live roulette take losing bets and reject winning bet

    Hi, yes once more i have the same garbage with live roulette. No matter the site or the provider that same "malfunction" seems to be very conveniently happening when winning. I played ezugi roulette and it took my losing bets no problem then i win and... bets refunded in my balance and doesnt appear in their "system" exact same system and problem as i had with cleopatra casino, 7bit and other direx. Cleopatra refunded me but the others played the "system says no problem" so now im more than careful and i record or screen shot my bets if i only do a few. So i was served once more as i was betting 0.70 mbtc on middle row (2 to 35) and 0.09mbtc on 2-3-5-6 square. It landed on 35 but oops no bet. I have the screen shot of my bet while ball was spinning then result that shows no bet and no win. Convenient always so dam convenient. Im raging as support even with screen shots told me there was no mistake and all bets was registered and paid.I contacted chat that obviously didn't look at screen shots that told me all is fine i never bet. I email vip manager to get answer by support "all bets placed and paid correctly" i mean no one give a flying fak.

    So much for saying they are the safest place to play and honest casino... 2 days ago. What a joke. I have the screen shot i will provide in private when i know who to contact ty.

  • I was contacted by my vip manager which i had contacted first before posting here but was replied by support and not him and was replied the exact same thing as live chat and that's when i decided to post here. So i will wait for his reply on my email ty.

  • Alright i was contacted back by my vip manager and they refunded an amount lower than what i was supposed to win but in the circumstances since i can't tell if it was a legitimate error in the system or not  the amount appera as a good compromise and i accepted it ty.

  • Hi I just wanted to share the treatment I just received from Oshi support agents, it was plain right rude And UNsupportive and nowhere else have I ever received such terrible 'support. 

    I have made over 12 deposits at oshi over last 2 days, and have been a member for many years. I do understand gambling is a win/lose sport so I just want to preface that I was not complaining about losing the deposits at all.

    I contacted live chat to see if a loyalty bonus might be available as offered by any other reputable serious casinos, and agent told me to wait as she checked with VIP manager but she closed the chat.

    I reopened and was rudely shut down by different 2 agents. 

    The last agent Was probably the rudest, who really showed lack of regard for what I was saying & confirming my thoughts that this casino just doesn't care about loyalty. 

    Really disappointing to see, specially when other casinos are going above and beyond to improve in this department, oshi is well behind - play here if you don't plan on speaking with live chat agents

  • Marmens i am a daily player at oshi and i will say that i totally understand and know what you are talking about. But it's not the whole casino, it's just the live chat support. Everytime i lose a ton and ask for loyalty to the live chat i almost get thrown bricks at but i have a vip manager (max klein) that i contact by e-mail directly, he's in charge pretty much and he is great, offers spins, cashback etc. I will message you in private and give you his email if you want to contact him. For some reasons the live chat support there is just plain nonsense. They are slow, brutal, like they are having the worst day of their lives. Sometimes i hit my vip manager there in chat hehe it opens and it show "max" on top hihi then it's alright. Casino is great, it's really just a matter of live chat i really wonder what is going on with it hehe usually i just try to avoid it if it can wait and i email Max.

  • You should contact Max Kleinn. As those chat support are just plain employees of Softwiss and not directly employed by Oshi. Nick Garner has left Oshi so do not expect anymore improvements. Glebb who is the new in charge does not reply or may not even exist. As for me Oshi is a nightmare. I just moved on with the winnings they did not pay me. Well whatever reason they came up with and whatever evidence they have in on file karma is a bitch!!! They are starting to head over their down fall as I have heard. Not much players. No more customers. Getting bankrupt soon. Well should I say Oshi will close soon! I am excited! 

  • Well i just returned to oshi for the daily reload and decide to go check the bonus terms again as they change them without warning and i almost got caught recently. Was a good idea to check! 7.12 "maximum bet for bitcoin players 0.0013 btc" then oops few lines below 7.20 "maximum bet for bitcoin players 0.0003 btc" . What? I go ask their amazing live chat because 0.0003 btc max bet is very very low and i often do 0.00045 btc bet so that means if it's 7.20 the right one i'd 100% break terms next time i win big lol. I ask chat and they have no idea what im talking about. I ask if it's just a typo (trying not to jump to wrong conclusions too fast hehe) but support just either have no idea what they are doing or  don't know what to say. The terms now are weird... they duplicate same terms but with different rules like that 7.12 and 7.20 both being about the max bet allowed but with different values... Simple typo or they really in trouble like Nicol3 mentionned and tweaked the terms to trap players? I hope it's just a typo lol as oshi is my favorite site but well :(.

  • Live chat finally replied to me "I have to contact manager retarding this one."   hahah "retarding" i mean seriously i am having a good laugh as the typo here is just so hilarious under the circumstances... so funny i had to screen shot it because i'm sure people wouldn't believe me haha.

  • Well, what can I say? Not to mention this one. When you logged in on the upper banner you'd see the daily reload bonus. Hover your cursor to the minimum deposit required per currency to avail of the reload bonus. Check BTC it is 0.0007 clearly. Now check bonus terms and conditions. it is 0.001 BTC. When I had this issue. I did not win. Still did not get the reload bonus even if it its the sites bug. Should I still mention the 0.45 BTC they stole from me? Never mind I moved on. I just am trying to share my experience. It is very easy to say they are legit. It is hard to prove. Oh they proved me one thing anyways! So they must be proud. But I need not mention what they proved to me. I stopped playing there. It was delightful. It was awesome. I don't regret throwing this casino in the trash can. You should too. Unless you wanna experience what I did soon! Especially on a big win. You were forewarned!
