    Looking at your account, I see there was an attempted cash out on 14th of September, so four days ago? And obviously you're unhappy that we've closed the account...

    Background: You opened up an account on August 21 which you used pretty extensively and had five rapid Cashouts which went through fine. Then on September 11, you opened another account and deposited and then attempted to make three different Cashouts, which didn't go through. We flagged up the account as a duplicate account, closed the account and forfeited the winnings.

    What I don't understand is that your original account was working fine, so why open a second account?

    For people reading, a bit of explanation. We get a lot of duplicate accounts and we have algorithms which identify them. There are two scenarios in which we get these duplicate accounts:
    - where players don't have access to an old email, but they want to play on Oshi, so they open a fresh account
    - where players want more bonuses... So they open a fresh account and claim those bonuses!
    The vast majority of duplicate accounts are from players bonus abusing.

    In our terms and conditions, were okay with people having duplicate accounts if they don't use bonuses on teh duplicate accounts. If we see that people are clearly opening accounts to try and obtain more bonuses, then we will close accounts and forfeit winnings.

    If you want to keep the rest of this conversation public, that's fine by me but you may want to email me directly and we can pick up from there and then reply on the forum with the final conclusions.. [email protected]

    Please do check the account in question and advise if any bonus was used.

    I deposited fairly and did not use any bonuses on offer do I find it unfair that my deposits were accepted but my winnings confiscated.

    I am a fair person and understand bonus abuse but please review my account and you will see I was not taking advantage of the system in any way.

    Please advise on a way forward to resolve this amicably.

  • Multiple accounts is a no go for most of casinos and there are some exceptions indeed but I already said this in other topic. Multiple accounts could be allowed as long the new accounts do not use or claim any of their bonuses. I think they should pay your winnings if you're indeed didn't claim any of their bonuses. So if they accept multiple accounts without using bonuses, they should follow through and pay the winnings otherwise it's a just false statement from their side regarding the acceptance of multiple accounts.

  • I've investigated this case and I asked one of the best people on my antifraud team to analyse this as well.

    There are four different duplicate accounts all having bonuses issued . When emailing directly with the player, there were also numerous inconsistencies with his account of the situation.

    In judgements like this, we have to go off the balance of evidence and overall, this appears to be a bonus abuser.

    Readers, over the years we've been in business, we've got very good at analysing claims and filtering out bonus abuse. It's difficult when we get negative feedback like this, but I hope you understand that in getting very good at identifying bonus abuse, were also getting very good at handling rapid Cashouts.

    In other words, if you're a regular player and you win some money, you can expect to have your cashout actioned immediately. If it's a Bitcoin transaction you are going to have your money within minutes.

    Please do provide proof that I have used any bonus on those accounts that were free and not from comp points accumulated.

    The points would have been accumulated irrespective of which account was played.

    As you stated before, you accept duplicate/multiple accounts that do not abuse bonuses.

    Provide proof that I took advantage of any free bonus.

    We know you a rogue and I will make this known you the world.

    Proof sir, provide proof.

  • There was no bonus abuse at all.

    The gambling law states that should a duplicate account be closed and winnings confiscated, the casino should return the player back to the position he was before the first deposit was made, i.e zero out the account.

    One more question, why are players allowed to play even though they had an active self exclusion?

  • If you have proof to back up your statement regarding player's bonus abuse then there's nothing else anyone could do about this case and considered it closed.

    No free bonuses apart from points accumulated from actual play were taken.

    Let's wait for them to respond and along with the proof regarding the bonus abuse. If they failed to provide proof then you'll know the answer to that.

    Points are accumulated through actual play and deposits and these are given on every account irrespective whether it was a duplicate acc or not.

    Bonus abuse is when a player manipulates the system to get an unfair advantage which is something I have never done.

    I am tired of being cheated and I wish I could do something to stop these rogue casinos from operating.

    I have given this issue a deeper thought and I was wondering, you did win that amount from your own deposited money, correct? So you did not win it from redeemed comp points?

    Then you're entitle to your winnings and they should pay you the winnings you won. It was won from real money and not from any of their bonuses.

    I can post this complaint on other forums but the casino just seems to be shying away from their responsibility.

    In my opinion you have two options, open a complaint against Oshi via LCB or file a complaint via their licensee Antillephone.

  • After some investigation, we have produced evidence supporting our case that will be sent directly to the player (for confidentiality reasons)

  • No supporting evidence has been received.

  • We have received the evidence which indeed supports Casino claims of multiple accounts/bonus abuse.

    @Umeshd please be advised that LCB complaints service is NOT to be abused this way and certainly we do not offer  platform where you can publicly try to damage casinos reputation by posting false accusations in order to force them to pay when in fact there is breach of T&Cs and fraudulent behaviour.

    This case is now closed.

    User Umeshd is banned from LCB due to abuse of our forum platform for their personal agenda in order to force casino to pay when they were clearly in breach of casino T&Cs.. The evidence we received clearly showed multiple accounts and we consider this user's complaint to be invalid and fraudulent ( withholding information, deliberately misleading our forum community and LCB staff ), based on those evidence.

    We will not make any further comments as to why this player got paid in the end. That is the question for this casino and not us.

    Could you please lower minimum withdrawal amount for Bank transfers or raise the maximum bonus cash out so that they are the same (and therefore make sense!?) 

    Realizing that the min. cash out via bank transfer was 500 (!!!!!!!!) was disappointing since none of my banks are eligible for cc withdrawal and I had just won 500 from bonus spins yet could still only withdraw 100 but coudn't due to this insanely high min withdrawal amount! arghh so frustrating. 

    It makes me not wanna play bonus' at your casino and bonus things are a big part of the fun :( Actually it kinda makes me not want to play there full stop which is a shame because i quite like it

  • Oshi casino daily reloads is amazing offer and my favorite of all because it gives randomly free spins along with the deposit bonus and even if in general they are pretty worthless, once in a while they are big spins (especially for cryptos) and they allow for a sweet session without having to spend a ton so i usually just do them everyday. I also play raw and often lose a lot but at one point or another the daily reload hit me big time and i can keep going. It's the only casino where i will regularly hit back my rtp allowing for long term play while some other casinos seem to be keeping alot more than their fair share so obviously if i had to be allowed to play only one casino i would pick them. They always paid me every single big win and even when they changed terms and i didn't notice and did some overbet, that run i won huge and again they paid me. You have to be from an allowed country (no usa) and follow the rules and you don't have to worry about being paid. I trolled did lots of crazy monkey stuff that worked and they always paid so i always go back and rip some haha even though i am probably their most annoying customers when im ripping hahaha :D im so whiny.
