as you all know Cleos VIP Room was on our warning list due to the slow/delayed payments.
However, We have been assured by their management this has been corrected and the processing issues resolved.
So We are willing to give them another chance and for this purpose we are placing them now on the probation list for the period of 3 months. During this period we invite anyone with any kind of issues to post at this topic and we will have the Rep alerted.
We will also monitor for any complaints and potentially new delays, which may affect their future LCB status.
Please also post any questions or concerns at this topic as well.

Would be a lie if I said I didn't see this one coming a mile away. What a shame too because they used to have a good thing and I truly enjoyed their games. Wouldn't even touch it with a ten foot pole on a $20 free chip now though.

ok i didnt want to have to go there again but once again they cheated and stole i deposited 50 with a free 200 bonus i have been playing a little and had about 200 in the acct when i hit a nice one in a slot game all of a sudden everything stops not pay i get a pop up i won 280.00 play thru and i cant get my bal or win i met the gaming requirements and they cashed me out for no reason and said new way as of today i asked them to explain no answer and still 5-12 to cash out the forced cash out ?????????i dont get it

i put in for a cash out on the first they didnt take the w9 for 4 days until i resent a new one not folded or what they say damaged waste 3 days now i play with 2 cc and i once in a whiloe use a prepaid debit card most you can deposit is 100 i throw away after used you cant reload and i lost right away now another problem with cleo they want that card remeber i havent used it in weeks this cash out is this week
i want help here they aleady take 3 weeks to pay -

more lies from cleos i cashed out on 10/1 nothing yet but the 5-15 days maybe at best answer and they wont show me the game play history for the cheats where the bonus round wasnt paid again 3-4x ont once and the best i have bonus and they wont credit it becasue cash out in process

As you know, we are not a casino but a promotional sweepstake. As such, please be advised that we have recently updated our Terms and Conditions:
3.22. The promotion concludes when the participant has completed the play-through requirement and their balance is higher than $250. At this point the participant will be advised of the prize and will be listed as pending.
If a participant has concluded their play-through and have a balance of less than $250, they will be required to continue to play until their balance reaches zero or that they achieve a balance higher than $250. As soon as their balance has reached $250 then the promotion will be considered as concluded and the cash prize will listed as pending for review.

I think what's being said is. The min withdrawal amount is now $250. I dunno if this applies to straight cash deposits or deposits including a bonus or just non deposit bonuses.

live chat just told me due to weekends and when docs were accepted it now only day 4 due to the date they count as the 3 for cash out i wish they would stop playing game and live up to there end 5-15 days is really 3-4 weeks and they send the check fedex long term that takes also 4 days

I asked live chat about this and was told that their new policy was that as soon as you reach playthru you are forced to make a withdrawal. Now the bad news is that I couldn't play anymore and I kinda wanted to. The good news is that it forces people like me who have a tendency to continue to play when they should be withdrawing to take the money and run.
I am gathering my documents and will submit them tomorrow. Will keep you posted on the time frame. I am a long time player at Cleos, having deposited way more money that I want to admit- this will be my first withdrawal. -

Oh no that's not good. They either got hit really hard and having cash flow problems. Or maybe looking for an exit soon. Their bonuses such be consider as max cashouts now. -

Also eager to hear what are the withdrawal time frames now as it seems to be a lot of confusion.

The prize payment time frame is 5-12 business days. leedigi's payment is still on time as it was requested on October 1st. It should be processed either today or on Monday.

10/9 won $ 1505-had to withdraw it
10/10 received email from cleos requesting copy of all CC used, utility bill, auth form and w-9
10/10 I responded letting them know that I had previously sent in my utility bill, CCards etc and was told at that time I was all set for withdrawals though I did scan to them today the Auth form and W-9 form
10/10 received email back saying they received my documents and would let me know if they needed anything else
10/12 I checked status on their site - said docs were still needed
10/13 received email asking for copy of one credit card and a recent utility bill
10/14 scanned to them utility bill and CC they were asking for
At this point I assume the clock begins since they now have everything they need to issue my payment.
Will keep you posted -

I believe they were on the warning list Rena but due to some recent changes and some (for lack of a better word) promises that they will try harder and do better by the players they went to "being on probation" with a rep now here to help with player issues. We shall see though how serious they are about doing the right thing in a timely manner.

10/14 received acknowledgement from Cleos that they received my paperwork
10/16 sent message to LCB rep to review my account and give me a ballpark time frame when I can expect my check
10/17 asked Cleos live chat rep for a status on my withdrawal-was told it was "still in process and for me to remember that the time frame to process withdrawals in 5-12 business days and that I will get a notice as soon as it is done" -

hmm 5-12 biz days... curious to hear what determines if it is going to be 5 or the full 12 days..

As leedigi has not stated it in this thread yet, we would like the LCB community to know that her check was approved and delivered last week, as she will be able to confirm here. Masskat's will be issued today or tomorrow.

That is really good news. I hope it clears and you do not fall in the same trap again. I would never bother with that casino again after all the trouble i went through (IMO). I wish you good luck on what ever you decide to do. -

Customer's prize request was received on October 1st. Full documentation was received by October 6th, and the check was approved and sent for mailing on Friday 10th. The customer received the tracking number for the check during the next business days, and as such got her check last week. It did not take 3 weeks, but between 5-12 business days as advertised on our site.
Masskat will receive her check's tracking number today.

thats still three weeks and they didnt tell you the part they use fedex but fed ex over week not night so even if i received the tracking on mon i didnt get the check til fri so again three weeks and also they didnt tell you about the part of there wild pack game not paying in the bonus spin rounds and waited 2-3 day to stop there customers from using it

Wasn't there someone else on LCB that found out Cleo's was calculating the wins wrong? If I remember correctly it was quite a large sum. Wonder if they got paid. Probably not.

That's some sneaky stuff man! Good for her that she caught the error and as always credit to LCB for assisting the players and reps when needed! Really a shame on these problems at Cleos. I used to really enjoy playing there, loved the games. Wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole on a $100 free chip with no WR or cashout restrictions now though lol.

Just an update- received my check today from Cleo's - FedEx tracking said it would not arrive until Monday so receiving it 3 days earlier was very nice.
From the date my documents were approved 10/14 to today 10/24 took 8 business days-10 days total. My entire experience with my first withdrawal could not have gone smoother, not one issue at all. I would not hesitate to play here again (as long as the check clears). Thank you to the rep who also answered my private message a few days ago when I inquired about the status. -
