Hi I have requested a withdrawal from NORDIS CASINO to my skrill account , the payment was done instantly when requested but nothing has come throughout to my skrill acc, it's been 3 days and I've heard and received no updates or reply's to my emails or messages can someone please help.

Thanks for your support.
On September 22nd I have received an email from Marina Voicu informing me that my withdrawal was approved and asking for my bank statement for approval of my account.
This was already done before the first payout and should not be required again. Anyway, I still did. I replied in the same day with my bank account statement.
But I have not heared from her again, also no payment was made. I have sent one reminder mail in the meantime but no reaction.

Hello, in saturday i win on nordis casino 1.700€ a was so happy after hit. Next morning when i tried withdrawal my money my happiness end. I have complete account on nordis casino. I have withdrawable amount - 1.700€, but when i click to the withdrawal button it say me - attachment. I have no payment method configured.
On live chat, there is automat, totally dumo and useless automat. I writed to support and kyc too. No answer. I even tried contact owner of casino Adrian Grama on ig. On his profile we can see that he visiting gambler meetings and represent nordis casino. We can see it on recent pictures.
I also tried contact Juan Carlos Ortiz on ig. This guy has role in nordis casino too. He answered me, but nothing really happen.
