I spoke to the player on PM and on email, basically the moment they can make a minimal deposit, they will get the winnings as per conditions. They are having trouble making a deposit, and I recommended a vanilla gift card or Visa/MC. They can speak to our CS for other deposit methods I may not know about, but this is the point we're at. Anything else I can do I will be happy to do, all we are waiting for is that min. deposit.

Well...this is no surprise I have purchased a vanilla card and guess what it declined it as well. I am so sick of this. It never happens at any other casino. This is the only one where I have had to go through this much trouble to make a withdrawal. I have only used ONE card and I have had to purchase at least three prepaid cards and NONE OF THEM WORK. If your from the US, Vanilla has a restriction on outside of US transactions.
If you buy a Green Dot, and wait for the permanent card, your transactions should be unrestrcited.
Basically any bought off the store shelf cards these days aren't working for outside of the US transactions. You have to wait til a permanent card comes in the mail or you get a bank account with a check card that has no foreign restrictions on it. Good luck on getting your winnings. -

Hi cheetahwind. I am from the U.S.. Not too long ago, I have read about GoldenPalace, and GOcasino.eu, that no longer is available to the U.S. were still open. Some one had mention if you had an acct, prior to them not open to the U.S., you can ask them to reopen your account. Luckily I had an account with both. So I contact them, simply give them my info, they re-open my account with no hassle. Although they have no free rolls, but their tournies pays out big. I deposited at GO casino twice, sent in all my docs ahead of time, making sure I have sent in all required Docs, so that way I'm assured on my withdrawals.. My only concern is I dont have a bank that excepts wire transfers I hope this isnt going to be an issue now. Well now its been over 2 months I have not got check from this casino i talk to walter in finance and told him my bank does not except wire transfers please send payment via check. How simple is that request. Well I am not sure if Walter understands english cause today he sent me a wire transfer and I was charge 27.00 for this. I am so upset all I got was the run around and now I gotta pay for wire when I told him not to send wire transfer in about 3 emails. Now I gotta wait til it bounces back another 4 days. I won this money novermber 12th. This casino is a joke. Stay away from them.

Well first off your the only casino that i have won at that charges for sending money i have got about 7 checks from different casinos and one western union and never paid a fee. Tell me you wouldnt be upset if you sent 3 emails to someone that states your bank doesnt expect wire transfers please send via check and he disregards your intructions and he sends wire transfer any way. I have never ever waited over 2 months for payment. See if you can get this fixed and 27.00 credited. Check fees are very low if any fee at all. I dont know how they charge there but here if you have an account theres no fee to write checks. First email I sent walter he replied in less than 5 minutes then I emailed again and got ignored. I won money alot more at another casino on 12/29 I got a check 1/6. I just dont know why such a little amout takes over 2 months to send. Granted the credit card issue but now another week will go by cause he has to wait for wire to bounce back. -

Thanks for your help in regard to no one likes to pay fee. I have no issue paying a fee if thats what they do at diceland but why should i be charged 27.00 when it should never have been sent via wire transfer and should of been sent by check. noah hope you understand where im coming from on this issue if i send you 3 emails saying my bank doesnt except wire transfers please send check. No matter what possible reason; it should not take 2 months to pay a player their winnings and you definitely shouldn't have to pay a fee when you have to wait an unreasonable period of time. I don't mind paying a fee to "expedite" my payment via fedex, wiretransfer but to pay a fee for check(snail mail) no way
