    this casino is targeting problem gamblers from the netherlands .in them terms clearly state that my country is restricted but they accepted me to deposit and play .i lost 1400€ .these kind of roghe predator casinos should be stopped .they operate from curacao wich do not have gabling regulation but only a ip agreement ,my internet provider has more authoroty .these casinos should be pushed to put geo blocking software on the site and stop operating illegaly in the netherlands without paying license fees and tax .why restricting a country and taking players from those countrys??isnt this scam .

    curacao ip agreement is not a license as many think .it is only an agreement to operate commercial .they are illegal and in breach i want my de[posits back 1400€

  • just had a phone call with a ceo of the ksa in the netherlands .he told me i should not have played at mystake .but he also told me that the casino is in breach and should block dutch player.up on his recomandation to request a refund and should be carried out with in 10 days and to send an email back about the proqt

    ess .this means my stake will be under investigation .he told me he would contact curacao and take measurements against my stake .they are aware this casino is breaching dutch laws .i think the 1400€ will cost them a huge fine and they will be blocked .contradicting terms to hook in the players is just fraud on its best.

    i have sent in about 8 emails no response ,claiming to be responsible ,.that is how quilty people who done wrong react .(hiding .)if they only pay me my rent  i am good with that . they can keep the rest as compensation for the games i played . i am 2 months  house rent behind .if they are humans they better take care of that .i play for 30 years offline never problems as soon i switched online problems begun financially .why has the other casino refunded ?they have exact the same terms on their sites .i quess it has to do with the people operating the casinos .good and bad .

  • Curaçao-licensed online gambling operators could soon face a seriously reduced clientele as the government of the tiny island nation finally succumbed to pressure from the Netherlands to introduce new restrictions and rules for issuing licenses to interested online casino and betting companies.

    Heavily depending on its tourism industry, Curaçao’s economy suffered a big blow this year due to the unprecedented measures that had to be taken to curb the spread of the coronavirus. To reduce the consequences of the pandemic, the island nation has been receiving financial support from the Netherlands.

    After getting its second tranche of financial backing in May 2020, Curaçao was told by the Dutch Government that its support would no longer come without any obligations. The introduction of certain restrictions for granting online gambling licenses and other changes in how Curaçao handles matters related to its gambling industry were outlined in a so-called Country Package (Landspakket) agreed between the governments of Curaçao and the Netherlands.

    Several thousands of online casinos and betting sites currently operate with licenses issued in Curaçao. However, these are often targeting customers from territories that they are not authorized to operate in, including the Netherlands. This is set to change under the reforms included in the recent Country Package.

    Curaçao will have to form a new independent regulator that will be tasked with overseeing the nation’s gambling industry and issuing licenses to interested iGaming operators. The regulatory body must be set up and ready by March 1, 2021.

    The regulator will also be expected to revoke the licenses of operators that do not comply with local rules and regulations.

    At present, several master licensees in Curaçao, mostly private telecoms, are sub-licensing online casinos and sports betting sites. These licenses are granted for commercial purposes and there is no actual regulator that oversees the activities of the license holders. In addition, licenses are rarely revoked.

    Operators licensed in Curaçao do not pay taxes on revenues they have generated from offering online gambling services. But this too is about to change.

    Under the proposals in the Country Package, locally licensed operators will no longer be allowed to accept players from other regulated territories, except a few countries that accept licenses from Curaçao.

    According to the provisions of the Country Package, Curaçao and its future regulator must come up with a plan by September 1, 2021 to prevent license holders from targeting customers from prohibited territories and to ensure that their operations are compliant with rules.

    This means that Curaçao-licensed operators must no longer target players from the Netherlands. That country itself is set to reorganize its online gambling market by September 1, 2021 in a bid to introduce a licensing system that would only allow for licensed operators to service local players and would punish all who violate local rules and regulations.

    In other words, operators with licenses from Curaçao will see their customers decrease quite dramatically in number. Such companies’ operations will basically be restricted to the 160,000 residents of the island nation and few select other countries.

    Locally licensed gambling operators will also be required to pay taxes, corporate taxes, and license fees. At present, master licensees pay a 2% corporate tax and a ANG240,000 (approx. $134,000) annual master license fee. As for sub-licensees, they hardly pay any taxes because most of them provide their services from elseWHERE.

    their licensor is crap .they dont care .they protect their own interest .it is a commercial company that provide casinos with a ip agreement .it is not a gambling license .it is like my internet provider disputing a webshop .it will not happen.they only email forward and back no solutions provided .

    beem casino admitted their fault and proccesd the refund i still not have it but i trust them .it is the way they communicate that makes me think they are good people .but mystake dont even communicate if they do it is only one line and rude .

    they can setlle an agreement that suits both partys that is doing a busniss and only grabbing money .

    We asked for more information but still haven't got it. We also suggested they add a country blocker and return your deposit. Let's see what they say. It'd be the right thing to do.

  • On sunday 12.06.22 i wanted to place a bet on a sport game Real Piral vs Victoriano which was played on 12.06.22 18:30 UTC. I deposited 379 usd via LTC to mystake casino. After i deposited and wanted to place a bet the game was locked and i requested a withdraw . 
    After one hour i checked that my withdraw was on pending and i decided to write to cosutmer support on live chat and via email. I got an answer that i should wait up to 3 days. 
    After about 3 hours my withdraw was rejected.
    After a word with the live chat costumer support they came up to me and demanding 20% of my 379 usd since i didnt bet anything again this was not PROFIT it was pure my money . 
    Of course i dont want to lose about 70 usd and i rejected it . He said bet somewhere fully your money or we wont send it . 
    Pure stealing from the company since it was not their money and it was not profit i wasnt able to bet since the game locked when i was already placing the bet .
    I will very angry and if anyone isnt helping me i will have to get it to the authorities for scamming and stealing my money by demanding 20% of my OWN money to withdraw me .
    WORST COMPANY EVER IN THE ENTIRE WORLD
    STEALING MY OWN MONEY IN PURE STEALING STYLE .

  • Hi, im looking for helo here. I deposit on mystake 2000usd, i played and tried to withdraw 1500 of my balance. This morning i received a mail where they telling me that rejected my withdraw and took out all winings plus 20% of deposit. They told me that i break their rules, but i dont know which rule. Im looking for helo here to get my money back, i didnt do nothing wrong. They just trying to avoid payments.
