    If i got suspended from their casino and luckyluke knew about this, why did they let me create an account and deposit three times before telling me the excuse they are trying to get away with now?

    Why use it when i won and not from the beggining before letting me loose three deposits.

    Loosing seems to be fine but when winning then im breaking rules?

    We've just received a reply from the Casino Representative that he had a meeting with his superiors with regards to the case and they've confirmed what the Casino Representative has already written in his post above. 

    We haven't received any evidence we requested from them. We've asked the Casino Representative to post a reply to your questions in this thread here.

    It does not seems like luckyluke casino care much about answering your questions or replaying to your e-mails,

    which I find that very disrespectful.

    So can you please tell them that i agree to give up all my winnings if they return all three of my deposits back since they are accusing me for for being banned on another casino which i already was before registering an account at their casino and they waited for me to win before pointing at this ban.

    Had i not win, they would not mention it i belive

    I still do not know why i am not allowed to play at other online casinos while playing on theirs.

    They didn't send anything and their decision is final and they won't change it. You can file a complaint to their licensor if you are not satisfied with the outcome. 

    What other casinos you are not allowed to play? 

  • There is a reason for them having their license in curacao this behavior would never been allowed if having a license in MGA,

    Its only at Jack21 im banned from luckyluke is still sending me offers thru e-mails.

  • My account Petachez keeps showing I'm on Level 0. I've using different browsers and cleared caches and cookies heaps of times. Also I would like to know what the different levels and status are? eg what points are required for each level and status and what each level/status offers? Kind Regards Peta

    i sent mail to close my account with luckyluke they didn't close it for 45 days. Then I lost another 1050$ Then they close my account. They are fucking bastards gets money from even addiction players. I sent my complaint to their regulator no use, you know curacao casinos.
