  • Lincoln casino was one of my favourites after they blocked me because I had duplicate accounts? Never . I checked my phone history, my emails everything, I didn't get a reply from them.

    Spent a lot of time and money there, and till today I don't know why it happens

  • Good evening dear MelissaN I did everything as the casino representative wrote made a deposit won back x1 of the deposit and won more money, now instead of 100 euros I put 150 euros but there is no withdrawal of money,

  • Hello! Can you please check on my withdrawal from liberty slots casino. I finally won a large payout with them and they're asking for my documents which they already have. I've been a faithful depositor since they opened, am now a Diamond or Platinum member. I made a Bitcoin withdrawal of $2500, on Saturday, and they sent me the email on Monday asking to confirm my payment option and the amount I wanted to withdraw. So I did . On Tuesday, they sent another email requesting the exact same thing, so I did. Today, they wanted me to send front and back of my credit card that's already on file. This is not my first withdrawal, my cards I've used are up to date, and I can't understand the long wait. I thought Bitcoin was supposed to be a fast transfer option? Can you please check?

  • I got in a dispute with a rep there and in a moment of hot headedness said "fine just close the account" and before I had a chance to even think about it they did so.  It was one of my fav casinos and I had deposited with them regularly.  Since I've moved to Red Stag and Miami Club.  You should give both a shot if you haven't.

  • Well right now the issue is i am no longer receiving offers from playcroco.  I have been a regular depositer there with at least $100 last two months.  Tonight I logged on about to make a deposit and there are zero offers showing up for me.  I don't know if this is related to what happened at your other two casinos but I can tell you I won't be continuing to deposit at playcroco if I'm no longer receiving coupon offers.  My username is Christ344y.

  • I think it's a software glitch going on because I am also getting weird screen errors like the screen just went a weird shade of green while using the site on iphone.  When I log on via my mac air the offers are there.   I would still like to be able to play at Liberty and Lincoln though if my account could be reactivated.

    We got an update from the casino rep regarding your case:

    The player will have to call and ask for his account to be reopened. He needs to speak to a supervisor, however.

    The player requested his account be closed since he could not receive a free bonus with every deposit.

    The player will have to understand that this is not possible. He can't get a free bonus with every deposit. 

    He can call and have his account reopened. It will be opened under regular terms/regular bonuses offered by the casino.

    I saw the free chip max cashout limit is $150 from Liberty Slots Casino and I requested withdraw $150. But they are saying that the max cashout limit from free chip is $100 not $150, so they removed $50 from my total wining $150 and left $100 for cashout. Is it fair?

  • I had used a ndb bonus $15 which max cash out was $150  stated during claiming. So, I requested withdraw $150 after wagering and in the mean time my account verification was done.     Yes, I did everything they asked me to do one after another,wagered my deposit more than 1X they asked me to do. Then I requested final withdrawal amount $108 into bitcoin method with btc address confirmation from me. These are my last feedback from my side but I am afraid to say that they gonna give me another condition to do in order to part of a run around.

The casino risk department sent you an email with the list of documents you need to send over so they can verify your account. As soon as it has been sent your account will be verified and funds transferred.

  • I'm guessing that would be what they will say if you win one of their daily freeroll tournaments too correct? I mean they offer multiple daily freerolls and if u have to deposit everytime before winning one of them just to keep your winnings that's also just ridiculous...if you've deposited here before and they offer about 200 freerolls a month and u win one by chance and then by some miracle roll that over 35x or 20x or whatever and then by some miracle still have $100 after all that work you should be able to keep it. But nope you have to deposit every single time to just to grind that impossible task and find out u get zilch.

  • The point I'm trying to make is why offer $20 free once a month for a year...or freerolls everyday if u can't cashout unless u deposit everytime in between

    You need to make the deposit in between freebies, freeroll tourney also counts. It doesn't matter if you claim a promo once a month you need to make a deposit so you are eligible for the free bonus. Hope this helps.
