      First i would like to say, welcome to the forum. Second i would like to give a comment about the daily free roll.  I do not like the fact that a change was made to the starting balance. It was already very difficult to win without starting you out with a $20 balance. 
      I would also like to add that i like your slots, especially Dr. Love and i am considering depositing more in the near future. Would also be nice if you could add a few more free rolls  grin.

  • Hi Dylan,  I want to start by saying that your CS reps are 99% of the time wonderful.  I would rank you all in top 4 for support.

    Last night I spoke w/ Dean and he told me that I would be eligible for a comp chip on my next deposit.  So I deposited today, played the money$ and when I was finished, contacted support.  Roshema told me that I was not eligible at the time. 

    From my experience, Dean is a pretty good rep, extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable about the T&C at Lincoln and Liberty.

    Just wondering what happened and who I got the misinformation from.  I really enjoy your casinos, and this is literally the first problem I've had in years of playing at them.

  • Hi.  Really glad to see this forum. I started playing the free tournaments at Liberty about year ago or so and deposit every so often and play slots.  Well since I have come to like the casino and was a loyal Go Casino member back before they closed (5 year member daily depositer), you guys have the same games. 
    Some good news is that last night i deposited and was down about 200.00 and decided to raise my bet and lo and behold,,,,, well lets just say i cashed out for a little over 11,000.00  Very exciting.
    Now my question is, one thing that is disappointing is the withdraw method. Since this being the first time, a little concerning that the only to maximize the amount I can withdraw at one time, is to use the courier check.  Is that a certified bank draft and not a personal casino check, right? My concern is that my bank will hold it for 10 days or until it clears.  So since i can only withdraw 3000.00 week for 3 weeks and the last being a 2000.00 withdraw, each time I have to wait 10 days once i recieve it. 
    Is there a better option?  And sorry to bombard you with questions. lol  Very excited and found thiis forum.

  • Hello Dylan,  my accounts at Lincoln and Liberty are  LC0281319939  and LS0058014011.  I was wondering if you could please check into some problems I keep having with the casino.  I have spent so much money {mainly at Lincoln} that I refuse to even look and see how much {I do know that on pastenpay there are literally hundreds of pages}.  Ok having said that  I was wondering why everyday for this past couple weeks I'm having all kinds of problems.  Money that doesn't show up right away or reels that go from normal loose to so tight that I have to wait 5 minutes per spin to even make 20$ last for half-hour of play.     I am saddened to read that you are not enjoying yourself at our casinos.

    Lydia, there is little I can do regarding out come of game play. Our software utilizes a sophisticated Random Number Generator that ensures a random outcome for all game plays. This is the same system used in Land based casinos. Consequently, while many of our players win, there are, at the same time, others who are not always lucky. Generally the casino has a 96% payout rate. While reviewing your LibertySlots account you have a 95% payout rate so far and your Lincoln account has a 91% payout rate.

    I reviewed your account and found that you are enabled for Ukash, CC deposits, MG deposits, Paste and Pay and a few others. Please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash downloaded to ensure the cashier displaying all details. We have no problem with US players.

    Regarding the issue you had with Paste and Pay I will have one of the casino supervisors contact you. I am sorry I cannot do more at this time, however the casino supervisor will contact you.

  • Hello Dylan. I am a member at both Liberty and Lincoln and I've just recently made two small deposits at Liberty. Since then I've tried to collect a few of the no deposits that have come up because i qualify for them now as I am a depositing member smiley and the auto message says "unfortunately you've collected this bonus too many times." I've never had this issue before with these two casinos and it is very frustrating because I know I never collected those bonuses before. And it's happened two times for each casino. I inquired about the issue with live chat and received little, actually no help whatsoever plus a surly attitude from the chat operator too. The ones i just tried to collect were BIGFREE19 for Liberty and LCFREE19 for Lincoln. My acc # for Liberty is LS0745189418 and Lincoln is LC0024521463. I would be so appreciative and grateful for your help figuring out and righting this problem, if at all possible. Thank you so much for your time.

    Your Liberty Slots casino account is not eligible to receive that bonus. Your account has received 700% more bonuses than you made deposits.

I to was told more than once I could have a comp on next deposit and ten told not elagable for it, I ve not made any more deposits since but I do play freerolls there and it is difficult with only 20.00 to play.  I do enjoy the games very much. I also like their games but i am not thrilled about the starting  balance.     I have also experienced trouble whenever I try to make more than one or two Credit Card deposits within a 24 hour period. I don't understand why you have set deposit limits so low for CC deposits--but in reality by doing so you have probably saved me a considerable sum (which was lost elsewhere).

    Is the RTP on your 5 Reel Bonus Slots actually 95-96%? If so I presume they are VERY high variance.

  • I love playing at this casino.  Love the games as well.  The one thing that I notice about Liberty and Lincoln Casino is that they cater to only the New customers.  NEVER get a free promotion or thank you offer for being an active player.  If they would kept the existing customers happy by throwing a small free bonus once in a while, then there would be no need for so much focus and marketing on daily free bonuses to attract NEW ones. Makes a huge difference in customer relations and word of mouth referrals.

    Agree totally.  Once you make that deposit,  you are off the list.  lol  Sad too, since I enjoy playing these games.  I also  have pulled back on deposits here.  Very few over last several weeks.  This AFTER plunging in and dropping alot of them, only to find out that there was no  love in return.  Too bad for them I guess.  Same goes with Lincoln Casino.  You would think they would change their marketing strategy (spelling?)  Anyhow.  Miss my gocasino.  Now they showed love.  And had same games.

    So much to get us there to play, and then overall the casino is exactly what i want in a casino.
    BUT...
    It would be nice after making 10 or 15 deposits in a month to be thrown a bone, even 10 or 15.00 VIP FREE bonus, NO DEPOSIT bonus.
    So, thus I stopped depositing so much, as I was.  Nothing to look forward to when i do lose so much.  Nothing to keep me coming back, no emails, no offers.
    And most of all,,,,,,, if you have seen my acct and added up what i do spend when i play, well i would think it would be concerning that I am not coming back, or depositing like i was. And so far the casino has not even noticed.  So I havent.  I come and play the tourneys, and once in a while one little depoist or two.  BUT...... even now not even recieved a email offer of any kind.

And so far the casino has not even noticed.  So I havent.  I come and play the tourneys, and once in a while one little depoist or two.  BUT...... even now not even recieved a email offer of any kind.

    If I never signed in again, the casino wouldnt care or break out a free bonus offer to get me back..  Now knowing how much i do play and spend, thats concerning when deciding where you are going to play at.  I need love and attention i guess.  lol

    I also asked about the free tournaments after i deposited and was told by support that they were not aware of any depositor free roll. Dylan told me, the fee is $5 and i basically have to buy in,. I am a low roller and i deposit $5 here and there, but i do deposit. Very disappointed.
