Hello my account is lc 0472191381. I am an elite player and a loyal one. I have had a withdrawal that was processed on 12/29 at 732 am.
I have had no notifications as when this is will sent out via Fed ex.

- I'm really upset I won 300.00 in August got a check for 300.29. Lincoln took money back In November saying it was paid twice. I sent All the proof it wasn't paid twice..I sent August to December Statements. They are saying cause the check Is stamped twice means It was paid twice. Reviewing your account I see that you are a great customer and we are very happy to have you! I also see that you have received quite a number of withdrawals from us prior to this issue and even after without any problems.I had to thoroughly investigate this issue before responding. It was brought to our attention that two copies of the same check were received back from the bank they were deposited, with different stamped deposit dates on the back of each check.
There is not much that I can do with a situation such as this. I spoke with payments and was informed that both checks were sent to you with instructions regarding your bank. Is it possible that you could take both copies of the check to your bank and find out how that was done. We will do our best to assist. We cannot do much more until we have a clear understanding of how this was made possible. As the check was paid out.I am very sorry I cannot do more to assist here. But should you have any other issue at all I would be more than happy to help as best as I can. I will have a supervisor contact you to work along with you on this, as we would like to have this issue resolved.

Being in the accounting field for 20 years 2 copies of checks and 2 stamps does not mean a check was cashed twice. The bank laughed when I brought them that as proof it went through twice. I or even you can take 2 copies of checks and stamp it twice. I came on here needing help retaining Lincolns bank statement thats what the CEO at the bank needs proof the monies came out of your bank twice. I gave my statements proving it went in once and came out once. So basically I'm out $300.29 I spend a ton of money at both casinos and no this isn't the first problem this is the 3rd no good check the other 2 I handled on my own. You see how much I spend and my withdrawals, you think I am going to lie over $300? No ,but I guess I'll play else where. You can demand statements as proof from me then it should be my right to demand a statement from your bank showing the money coming out twice. The casino can black out all the other information on the statement just show us where it came out twice. The 2 stamps one going in and then one coming out. 2 stamps doesn't prove it came out twice. Please get me the real proof the statement for the CEO at my bank. That is the help I need from you.

I love both theses casinos I've never encountered any problems getting paid or issues with fair play. They've changed withdrawal methods for US players. Bank drafts are obsolete and they're having technical issues with money-gram according to Miami club casino. Therefore I chose a check by courier at Lincoln and my bank is saying it could take up to 5 weeks.
This is such a long time to wait and why is there not a faster easier route. It was so much better with bank drafts

However, we would need you to verify with your bank if it's a case that the check is still being processed or they are not able process the check. If they are not able to process the check they can return the check to you with an explanation as to why and you can then provide us with this information.
However if it is a case where your funds are still being processed you will have to allow that to be completed to get your funds. We won't be able to speed up a banking process on our end.

On July 2017 I opened my account at lincoln casino.
I was playing last month and won.
I made withdrawal to bitcoin and they paid some.
They have weekly withdrawal limit.

I guess I violated again! I won't be paid on the second payout bcause I made a bet which was a mistake in all honesty by hitting the max bet once and wound up winning $200 dollars to my surprise. I was down to my last few dollars when i hit the button without realizing it was on the max bet. This led me to win the $1200. Thanks so much for helping me out. I think it's gonna be a let down. I'm so dissatisfied with the rules. I've lost $2000 total including the other money at the other casino I couldn't collect on. I'm so hurt and in a state of shock. Liberty says I made a $20 bet on wheel of chance slot. I've never bet over $2.50 so this was definitely a mistake on my part. I'm crushed. Hmmm i just recently had my account closed by them saying that they don't let players where i live play there anymore. i even had like $100 in my account and i got nothing . not even a email saying that they were closing my account. i found out when i tried logging in the other day and had to go to live support. i think this casino has become shady now :(
