    I also asked about the free tournaments after i deposited and was told by support that they were not aware of any depositor free roll. Dylan told me, the fee is $5 and i basically have to buy in,. I am a low roller and i deposit $5 here and there, but i do deposit. Very disappointed.

    I agree Jodi, already limited free bonuses are awarded, no cash back and no depositors free roll. Support does not know what is going on and are sometimes rude. The one free roll given is next to impossible to place in. Who really wins in the set up of the promotions ?

    This Tournament is not a free tournament. Promotions just really thought that customers would love the chance to be entered for free. We cannot enter every one for free since it is not a free tournament. All our customers deserve a chance to be entered and this is why a random draw for a set amount of people each month, is fair.

    This draw is done internally by our promotions department. Some customers if picked may receive more than one entry.
    However, it is only fair that all customers get a chance to be entered for free.

  • It's not fair if one deposits $5 and the other deposits $500 and the $5 depositor gets picked for the tourney entries. That is very unfair. Dylan I'm sorry but until this gets resolved and I receive some sort of compensation whether it be free tourney entries or a free chip going to hold off on depositing until my $ is better appreciated.

Then they froze the money and eventually withdrew the deposit entirely. When I called to inquire I was advised my credit union does not accept foreign checks.

  • I am a loyal depositor and both Liberty and Lincoln. Finally had something to withdraw which was approved this past Monday. I have not seen the funds appear on my credit card so I inquired with live support when I could expect the money. 3,4 or 5 weeks?!? Seriously, a month or more to wait for payment? I should note I also was approved a withdrawal with Club World Casinos on the same day....those funds arrived on my credit card yesterday at midnight.  I have heard of one other casino that took a month, or more, to pay and they are shut down.  I really like your casino but if it takes a month for payout, not only is that unacceptable, it's not worth bothering to deposit and play..

  • Wow not changing any subject matter but read a few post before that a player was having issues with withdraws taking longer then expected .. So I made another deposit and was able to win again. I went to put in for my withdrawal and the option is gone.   • I just inquired and the option is 'temporarily unavailable'. They can't even give an estimate as to when it will be back up and running.  Appears that way with all of them.  I have a pay to my card withdrawal at another casino for $2,400 and there it sits because they sent an email there was 'maintenance' after I made the withdrawal.  It has been pending for over a week.

    Oh well.. no more depositing for me..anywhere

    I really like the games at Lincoln and the tournaments are fun. I went to give my review here at LCB and noticed that there are some issues with US players lately. The most recent one specifically from this month said that her bank would not honor your check and she tried to present it for payment three times. There are also some complaints about customer service. Can you please let me know if this is a typical issue for US depositers?   • Can someone tell me is there such thing as a cheat program?  I been following a player that wins 3rd place or better in every tournament . Right now I looked at 7 and he's in 1st place in 3 of them. For 3 months I have been tracking this player. I believe in luck but every single tournament he/she wins.Dont get me wrong I've won here and there. I just never in my life seen a player win top prize in every tournament they play in. I contacted live chat Dwight treated me like I was an idiot. Showed no concern that yes maybe there is a cheat program. I'm happy for that player if their wins are legit.  What is your opinion on this? I'm sorry if I posted in the wrong place. I just don't think it's fair if other players are paying to play and will never win if this player is in fact cheating.

    To answer your question. There are cheat programs out there. Rest assured however, that there are very rigid preventative methods in place should a customer/s attempt to be dishonest.

    If anyone is caught attempting to be dishonest in anyway they will be banned permanently.
    Some or most customers usually have their strategies, which they use in efforts to try to win tournaments. Some rebuy a lot, some get to the top of the leader board and wait until others get close before playing again. And some are very lucky.  

    There are no faults in these tournaments however. This customer seem to be quite lucky. We do keep a very close eye on our gaming activity as it has to be very fair and safe for all our customers.

    the agent from support told me it's bizarre because at normal time you have to do wager
    1st then you will be able to withdraw so he ask me to redeposit the amount of 150usd
    and he fix something in my account that mean when i try to withdraw i had pop-up window
    show up information about wagger and how much left so i comeback
    to play and i manage to  finnish the wager of   440 usd

    then i contact again support to verify if wager is really done  "agent victoria" she  told me it's okay you are able to withdraw the amount and there is no max cashout on welcome bonus so
    i request the 300 usd withdrawal
    today when i check my account withdrawal status was "redeposit " ??? no money in my account ??? NO email about that or notification
    , so i contact again support and the trouble start

    We got the info from the casino rep: The issue here is that the customer received 2 no deposit bonuses before he deposited. He was paid $150 on his wins via Neteller but tried to withdraw more which was denied. A customer can only withdraw $150 on wagers from a no deposit bonus.

    The casino is going to contact you.

    i know the rule and the max cashout from no deposit bonus

    i use the no deposit bonus and i cashout it was on 28/09/2017

    after the cashout i spend all the the rest of money

    i repeat again there is no balance before the deposit was made at "11/10/2017 "

    after the deposit total balance was 22 usd 11 deposit+welcome bonus 100%,

    there is no extra penny or dollards from the last no deposit bonus

    it's easy to check history of bet to see if there is a money before the deposit or after the 1st withdraw it's impossible and am sure at 100/100

    ask them for  my  bet history  you will see 

    also they locked my account for no reason

    because i purchase less "11"

    but the support say different story and  they accuse me  to combined no deposit funds and the deposit this is why am not eligible for future payouts.

    in my history of bet before the deposit my balance was zero i ask them for bet history to show you a real proof but they told me okay you will get in touch by email but still had nothing no email still waiting 2days now am pretty sure they won't send me the email  because of the contradiction  

    okay if i admit the rule of 150 max cashout why they don't redeposit the ammount to my account and ask me to do another limited withdrawal ...they cancel everything and take the money without any notification and everytime i contact support i have different confusing story

    you copy the text from  terms & conditions  faq "No Deposit bonuses " this is not my situation 

    winnings was from tournament with a real  buyin of 3 usd i did it  twice not from a freeroll and i made the entry with my deposit money so it's a different case and stop saying am taking this from free bonus money it's crealry not my situation 

    and the second fact even if i accept this rule " Any additional balance in excess of $150 will be deducted from the account when the withdrawal is processed.

    it say clearly "deducted " not canceled or confiscated money like licoln do kind of modern robbery technique
