    Yes i understand. I am not denying that I didn't use it. I am saying that I received the email about that and received the bonus. So what you are saying i am in the wrong by using the "Bonkers" code by an email they sent me, not even saying it is only for 1st deposit.. it said if i deposit today i get the bonus. Plus if that is for a first deposit why would i receive the bonus in the first place. Where did i violate any t&a here? Isn't this misleading me to deposit for the bonus? I just want to clarify what I did? Their system allowed the bonus code to work and then when I won they won't give my winnings because they had an error in their system? I am not getting the situation here. Please why is it unfounded? I just want to know. I just don't understand.

    Hello Jumabal,

    We don't know how you managed to claim the mentioned bonus, but Casino Rep sent us a proof where they write the terms for this bonus, which states that this action is only valid for the first deposit. Bearing in mind that you started it after the fourth deposit, the Casino has the right to void your winnings. We have to say that we are sorry, but there are rules that must be followed.

    We will close this complaint.
