  • I too had an issue with iGame while back, I requested a withdrawal of €700 and I waited about 24 hours and got an email stating that my withdrawal was declined because my account was not verified which actually was but I had no choice but to contact them regarding this and uploaded my documents, again I had to wait up to 48 hours for the verification of my documents. Two days have passed and no email about my document so I contacted them again and they again requested my documents, I told them I already uploaded them but they were persistent and again I had no choice but to send them the documents. The next day I received an email that they need a picture of me holding my ID, disappointed but I sent it and another 2 days waited but no email. At that moment I just had it and did not bother contacting them, I filed a complaint to their license holder and they contacted iGame regarding this, the very next day I got my money.

    Live chat agent seemed irritated and that's not a behaviour of a pro, reminds me of an live chat agent from a Direx nv casino a few years ago. Probably they have a lot of players complaining and this could be very stressful.
