As Casino Rep mentioned above, withdrawal can take up to 5 business days to be reviewed by their Finance team.
When it's happened you will be informed by email from Casino side.

The standard timeframe for withdrawals is up to 5 business days. This doesn't include weekends and legal holidays as the finance team doesn't work during those.
Currently your request is still within this timeframe and you should expect to hear from them soon regarding your request.

Hello. Why I can't log in to my account? Is saying wrong password whem I'm sure that is the good one but I pressed "forgot password" and I can't reset the password why is that?? It happened when I won money and I can't access I deposit money I can't login or change passwords and today they completely block my access to them website
